It's just hard to balance class, work, games, socializing, dealing with mom, and talking to Will, ya know? Although, I'd love to get rid of the dealing-with-mom part of it.

well...the freedom has its ups and downs
I was never fully self-supplied back home, so I miss the luxury of a parent who constantly ensures a supply of food and other needs (which I could use to no end right now...oh god what I could use here)...not to mention, you miss them more than you realize at first
of course, this could just be me and me alone...lol

My house is 20 minutes away and my mom works at the college...not so much helping with the missing process there.

I dont miss my parents. Maybe im just cold and harsh, but I dont. They were terrible to me, so I am glad to be separate from them.

no need to lie about your feelings, if you just dont miss them then thats the way it is. i really dont think ill be missing my parents much either.. but i will miss my little sisters. i guess that kinda why im staying local. no matter which of my college choices i end up going to, ill be between 2-4 hours away. which isnt enough to completely detach myself from home, but enough of an excuse not to come home on weekends .

Sheesh Tass, you seem so much nicer in person, hehehe.
Tass, you should have come to the game development meeting at the art gallery tonight. It was awesome! Dave Devries, my professor last year, was there and gave an awesome presentation of his work and the stuff that'll be going on in the development classes. It was a great introduction for the new students in the major. I wish I had something like that last year....dangit.

Hey my phone is arriving like Wednesday or Thursday. Also in the package are some tools and such for assualting my computer. Then I'll be connected and available all the time.
Yah, you'll have to watch for my dark side in person. Although, if you were to ask my friends back home, they'll say they've never seen me really angry. Remarkable self control. Especially if you knew some of the shit I've been put through.

Yep, definitely sounds like Al.
Strange though... In my first days of college, I kinda picture myself exactly like Tass is right now, a little quiet but always kind. I was on a streak, man. Of course, that was all before I had Bret become my first roommate.... grr...
I want to conduct an experiment! What has a higher rate of changing a person - college or high school? Hmm the possibilities... muhahahahahhahaha
