(ooc:okay Bughunter. fine with me  *The squad of zealots and purfiers make their way to the main entrance of the Nexi*Tassatul: 'Okay men, on three. One, two, THREE!' *The doors are slid open and 6 zealots jump in, ready for action. The purifiers cover them from behind*'Okay, nothing here. Stay vigilant, there are undoubtedly more inside somewhere' says Tassatul. Over Tassatul's headset radio:[glow=red,2,300]Tassatul, Agrithno here. We've made it to the south end of the Nexi, but are surrounded by a swarm of bugs. Request backup![/glow] 'We're on our way! Lets go!' *The squad begins running to the south end of the building. As they reach the back, they can see the edges of a large swarm. The purifiers start sniping bugs from a distance, as the zealots and Tassatul run forward to engage in hand-to-hand combat*'ADUUUUUUUUN!!' yell the zealots in a traditional battlecry, then follow it up with another 'TASSADAAAARRR!!' |

(ooc: woa, how does Palla know what a pop-up is? She's new to the story and pop-ups are an unregistered species, period. Bad role-playing guys... AND POP-UPS ARE NOT HUMANOID!!!! they should not resemble anything like a human!)
(ooc: Oh and tassatul, can you guide me on what your ship the Leviathan is doing... I'm not the commander and i dont have any control over where its going or any of the units on your ship, except my own hunters. And i cant make posts of my hunters blasting away forever... This is your base, tell me whats going on)

(ooc: haha! no response to my ordering around the captain katt? hmm...)
Kal is charging down the huge metal corridors of the Apocyplyse II. There are men behind him, unfortunately Cobra decided to guard the prisinor incase the power drained from the holding cell. With the bridge cleard of almost all the fighters, katt stands watching the hordes and hordes of bugs slowly charging towards the ship. This attack was not the same as the others...there were new bugs, different and much larger bugs.
Sudddendly a huge explosion knockes the squad of men running to the door down. On the viewscreen on the bridge, Katt can see that a HUGE bug is launching what appears to be morters from behind the attacking lines. Systematically...about 5 more stand up around the giant bug and begin launching. The ship is getting mauled.
The flyers then reach their target...they take the first strikes. The armor of the massive ship is being dented (a little) by the deadly dives of the near-suicidal flyers. Bugs the running hordes are quickly reaching the frontlines.
Kal and the squad reach the main bay door to the ship. A commanding squad leader taps on a control panel a few times and the massive door opens up. The black cloud of bugs is quickly approaching.
"WE NEED TO GET THIS DOOR CLOSED QUICK! THEY'LL ALL GET IN!! MOVE MOVE MOVE!!" screams the commander.
The men charge out, Kal in the lead with his now-glowing bo in hand...a spell already cast. Suddendly, from either side of the door, 6 little bugs that look like dogs jump on Kal up front and latch on to his legs and massive wings.
"AHH! What the hell??" Muses Kal.
Kal spins the bo in one hand quickly and then jabs it swiftly backwards through the dog-bug attached to his wing. To the amazement of the men watching, as soon as the bo touched the bug, it blew a clean hole right through the bugs ribs. It fell with a thud. Green gore splatters all over the men directly behind Kal. With one more swift stroke, 4 more of the bugs are suddendly holey. One more quick flick and the other bug is dead. Kals bow is glowing with electricity. Each dead bug has blue streaks dancing all around it.
More of the dog-bugs start to come from around the ship...there the fastest bugs and got here before the others...the men fire.
(Machine Gun)BLAMBLAMBLAMBLAMBLAMBLAM!!
thuuuu (grenade) BOOOOOM!!
shuuuuuu (laser's charging) Ruuuu! Ruuu! Ruuu!
Swoooosh (Kal flies upward to attack the flyers)
Krrrllkkkkleeeeshhhhh (Blown up electuted bug bird)
splat (blown up electracuted bug bird squishy landing)

(ooc:well the ships got an energy sheild (think something along the lines of the protoss sheilds) and i honestly dont think a few rams from a couple of hard headed bugs would do crap against the ships main hull anyway, but whatever)
Katt: hmmm, send out the Sigma and Elipson squadrons, and get the leaders on line as quickly as possible. how are the current fighters doing?
Comm tech: well the gamma squadron is being overwhelmed with the bugs, but the sigma squadron is covering them. the laser turrets just started firing a little while ago, and they're helping out quite a bit, although that might not be enough...
Katt: right... the elipson squdron was the last of the new fleet of Kitfoxes. well just have to send the old wave out soon. for now though, send out the F-10s. they should do a little more damage then the KitFoxes.
Comm tech: what about the new mortar bugs?
Katt: yea... those arent exactly making this any easier... well start by boosting the sheield power to maximum. we could also fire the tertiary plasma cannons, but well have to get above the fight to make sure we dont hit any of our own troops. oh yea, and start firing the railguns, they've been fully manned right?
Comm tech: yes sir, they have been. ill give everybody their new orders, everything should be in order very shortly.

(ooc: What?!!  I'm not liking how u're going against the rules!!!  You are creating chaos in the story!!! Theres no such thing as dog bugs, that just doesn't make any sense! How the hell did they get there?! They're not part of the bug roster! Theres no such thing as bird bugs either! They're just flying bugs! And they dont use suicidal attacks like the scourge! They attack a little more like mutalisks. and Why the hell did you create mortar bugs!!? Where the hell did they come from?! What the heck are you thinking?! We created guidelines on what the hell we're fighting here! You are making no sense! And you're making stuff up that we haven't agreed upon!!! You just can't do whatever you want without thinking about the others! This is just like when you were taking crontol of Katt's ship. I dont think commanders on a Capital class ship take orders from units who are new and have just entered their ship as a guest... and Dont you ever read the rpg states thread? Everything you need to know about the bugs is there. and all the guidelines are there too) (ooc: And the larger tougher bugs you are referring to, those can only be male warriors and nothing else. and There shouldn't be so many of them! Male warriors are special units that can't be used on massive scale. They should be used in that you find an army of bugs and among them are only 10 or so Male bugs. But on the most part they are very rare. There should be no other variation in bugs! and get rid of the stupid dog bugs, those are so stupid!!! and they're so Alien 3...) |

(ooc:well now, someone's not very happy... the same thing happened with me and palla, he'll probably set everything straight the next time he posts. til then lets just ignore the dog bugs and bird bugs and whatever else is wrong there, and continue rping as normal. it doesnt effct you directly anyway so everything should be a-okay, right?) (so far theres been a problem with all of the new people that joined. anyone wanna voice complaints against my posting while were at it  ?) |

I just can't help but get pist when someone (especially those who haven't been on for how many days) comes up all of a sudden and does something stupid like this. Thats like putting Barney in Jurassic Park, or putting Iraqui terrorists into Doom, or putting anime in Looney Toons... IT JUST DOESN'T MAKE SENSE and is completely stupid ESPECIALLY IF THEY DONT EXPLAIN WHY!!! and im fed up of seeing this happen. This is like the 5th time... but remember, whenever it happens it screws up a page or so...) |

(occ: Yes, I do read all the posts, so please don't say that I don't. Francis, I think you're being a little egotistical about this whole thing. It isn't just your RPG so you cannot order people around or order the whole thing deleted just because one part doesn't go according to your plans.
And Dan can't be invincible; it isn't his RPG either.)

I'm the one who created the idea for the Bug Hunt if you dont remember! And you should talk about complaining when things dont go your way. AND I KNOW THIS ISNT MY RPG ALONE!!! Didn't you read the post where i was asking Tassatul to tell me what was going on cus i didnt want to arbitrate the events of the attack on his base?! (ooc: do i act all powerful and stuff? i dont mean to, and if i do i guess its just my character... ive noticed how dan acts invincible too. how he thinks hes better than everything he sees (his character i mean) but thats just his attitude, and you do it a little too, palla. thats gets on my nerves so much, but thats who your characters are, and not all characters have to like eachother, right?)

(ooc: Thats because my character thinks he IS invincible. In his mind, he is predjious towards other races in terms of power. He feels he can never be beaten. Thats why he just dives out into an army of overwhelming odds. Trust me I know how to rp...he'll get whats comming to him. Oh and I'm sorry francis about the bugs I just forgot about the rpg stats thread thing...I thought that they were only guiedlines...not THE rules. I'll keep that in mind. And dont yell at me for not being on for a few days, I was so sick I did not get out of feaking bed for 3 days and then you say that. Don'd do that again.)
Kal continues his relentless assult. His bo swinging so rapidly any assailent has to breach the shield of adamantite to get to him.
We dont need those blasted laser cannons...they only get in the WAY!! Kal thinks.
WHAAAMMMM WHAAAAMMMMM WHAAAAMMMMM!!!
The rail guns blast away at the fighters, carving perfect lines through the hordes of bugs. The green blood is all thats left in the scars across the battle field with each passing blast...but the bugs still come on.
WHAAMMMMM WHAAAMMMMMM WHAMMMMM!!!!
Kal attacks...the sounds of gunfire and lazer shots are only an echo in kals mind. The screams of his next victem is all that he longs for....all that he cares about. His eyes are ablaze with the lust of battle.
WHAMMMMM!!!
Suddendly...something is very wrong. bloood covers kals eyes....but the blood is not green. He glances at his right arm...and its not there. He manages to see only two things before his vision blurs. His precious bow falling towards the ground, and the trail of a rail gun blast fizzling away in front of him.
Kal screams as he falls...holding the stump that was his arm. He tries to fly, but his wing is marred by a bloody red hole itself. He falls...a twisting huge giant...into the middle of the army of bugs.
He notices that he feels like he is being carried...but not by bugs...by something different...popups maybe? And then the pain sends Kal into a loooooong period of sleep.
(ooc: No I'm not dead. See? I'm not invincible. Sorry if you thought that. I'll try to tone it down after this. But understand that it is my character perosna that makes him that way. And palla? You are very irritating. You were saying yourself that you love this thread because there were no rules, then you have the odassity to say "dan stop playing god?" dont ever do that again. )
