*Back in the Repair bay, the hunters have once again put on scv suites and are hurridly working on the Hunting Star*

BugHunter: "Come on, lets get this engine working!"

Young-Tusk: "I'm doing the best i can! Its kinda hard to work with all these explosions rocking the whole place..."

Light-Stepper: "All the computers and targeting systems are working fine now. I got them all in the green."

BugHunter: "Great. Whats our estimated time now?"

Young-Tusk: "I'd say about 30 minutes at least. 1 hour at most. We still have to repair some of the armor if we want to do some space travel"

BugHunter: "Alright. You two (points to two hunters) get started with loading the ammo"

*A hit on the Leviathan makes the ship shake violently*

BugHunter: "I sure hope Tassatul and his men have everything under control..."

Cobra: "Screening room? You mean where they show movies? If you mean security room, then the most they have for the civilian section is the starport security, which is just Metal detectors and Psyche scanners... It's just a city remeber."

Cobra: "Transport rings? Like teleports? the ship is phase shielded, so if you try to teleport you'll prolly be killed..."

"Yes, I see."

(occ: are we in space yet or not?)

"I beleive that Sierra will be sending a ship looking for me. Please, though I am a suspected terrorist, could you not shoot her down?"

Outside the Apocalypse, a two man fighter hovers about a 1/2 mile back. Cloaks are down and the ship's hull reads Sierra's Stallion. Inside, Sierra and Jax await news of their leader, whose location is confirmed within the Apocalypse.

(I don't believe we're in space. We just took off...but it's up to Katt)

Cobra: "Hey, I ain't the one aiming the guns... besides, katt dosn't shoot down everything that flys around, you know."

*Cobra thinks to himself*
Radar Operator: Um, sir? We have an unidentified ship coming in at the ship...looks friendly.

Katt: Ok. Let's shoot it down.

Radar Operator: Rightaway sir. Arming primary cannon.

Cobra: "...but just to be safe, I'll message the captain..."

"Please do. I do not want there to be unneccessary death."

(ooc: lol, use the primary cannon on a fighter class ship? that thing can almost punch a hole in a small moon, funny... )

(ooc: are you guys ever going to make it to the HQ or are you guys just going to take a sunday stroll through the whole ship? i can only order people around for so long... )

(occ: he's the one leading me. I don't know what the ship looks like so I can't do anything like that. I need, or would like, Sierra and Jax on the ship so I can introduce more of a story.)

(Wow...Deja vu SO much right now... I KNOW I've seen this all before)

(Um, just to let you all know, Katt was exagerating when she said it could blow up a small moon. It can't... Although it is a pretty big gun.

Um...I dunno... The ship COULD be HQ, depending on how tassatul's fight turns out. we were using his base for HQ)

*Cobra messages Katt, explaining the entire situation with Palla*

Cobra: "Well, now that that's over with, let's go talk to Vale. Right this way."

*Cobra walks in to the Elite HQ. The place is a large control room, with offices here and there as well. Up a flight of stairs, we see Vale with the dog.*
Cobra: "Knock knock..." *Cobra says, to get Vale's attention.*

FLASH!!! Light bores down on Kal from an unknown source. His eyes franticially try to adjust, but the light stings and he closes them again.

Worried thoughts overcome Kal. Where am I? What I am I doing here? and the most strange....Who am I?

Pain! Oh the PAIN!! kal is strapped down to a metal bed. One arm and two legs. The other arm is...not there. A pool of warm red blood lies under kals wings. Kal hears voices. These are voices that he had herd before....not so long ago when he was captured by the popups. They would not kill kal....for this he knew. They wanted to do more with him...something different. The language not too strange to kal's ears...he overcomes the pain momentarily and listnens in...translating the little that he can.

Popup one: "alnyoyllne 'Apocoplyse' hoywlyn, lnoywnnl aonly Klocloi. "

Popup two: "Cohoywl Eilnaoy nooylyeon...."

popup one: "Kulohna yhoiiul amocly, Caploar beelthe 'Hand of Adun' onalyn. Alonyog hoywnn. Haloohy?"

popup two: "Naoyolly thanu onalyn. hoywnn haloohy BIOOOLL! anoyh. ooy 'Leviathan.' Wilillk volyoin.

popup one: "Asully boblick? NLLY!!"

popup two "Kyooy sheviv 'Cable' tonlky willik."

Kal fought back the fatigue. The conversation between the two popups continued. He was on a ship...that much he knew. The popups were talking first about the battle of the Apocpylypse II, and then about a different battle...one involving the 'hand of adun' and the 'leviatian.' The popups must have a massive force indeed if they have survived agains these ships at all for so long.

Then a topic arose that Kal could not ignore...the word "Cable" had meant more to Kal than He liked. He had heard the name before....Kal believed that it was to be the ship the popups were trying to transfer Kal too the first time he was captured. He had only heard the name through the broken language that he did not fully understand....but he knew it was trouble.

A gutwrenching feeling made Kal throw up at that moment. The speed! Kal then knew that whereever the target of this ship...he would be there soon. And it was not towards any battle. He was going to be trapped again...and this time without his sword.....

(ooc: The "cable" is another popup mothership. Differnt from the Lagger (if you can tell.) I had to make that ship it was bugging me for a while. I'll make up the stats for it and post it on the RPG stats thread...is that OK with you all? Oh and another thing...Kal wont be posting much for a while...I post every now and then sure...but I would like to start a new character. I'll post his stats on the stats thread as well if you guys aprove oK? He wont be weird..he's gonna be human...I was thinking of a computer nerd tech guy...yeah....)

Katt:*after hearing cobras transmission* so thats her story... i guess it would be ok if they boarded, but i want them to have minimal clearance, she admitted to being a smuggler and she did kinda tranq a couple guards, i dont really want them snooping around in the military quarters that much, you know? let them come through the civialian docks, we'll pick a rendevous there, but only when the bridge doesnt need me anymore. give me a call when they're on board and in the city*

*Cobra and Palla make it to the Elite HQ*

Vale: oh hey cobra, what are you... *notices palla standing beside him* W-what is she doing here!?! i though i finally got her locked up!

*cobra explains why palla is out of her cell and the reason that their there*

Vale: huh? the dog? i mean... what dog? there was no dog... hehe... *a couple of barks are heard from a little ways away, then a dog comes ot from behind a desk and sits next to Vale looking at palla* oh, yea... that dog. i guess its yours, but i wanted to keep it here! its so cute... i want a puppy! ;D

*The hunters are still working on their ship...thats all for now*

(Katt said that Popups were shadowing the battle the whole time, waiting just outside scanner range. I am I detecting a plot twist!? *suspenseful muisic* Why were the popups watching the fight, but not participating!? What is they're interest in Kal!? Why do the bugs not attack the popups!? Stay tuned, folks! Same buggy network, same buggy time!)

[Tassatul]

*The front end of the Leviathan has shifted into a huge flower-like shape. As bugs and pop-ups swarm around, attacking the ship, beams of energy begin shining on the Leviathan*

'Here we go. . .brace for impact!' shouts Krath.

*The beams start moving faster and faster. Eventually, they look like one solid wall of energy*

'Introducing catalayse!'

*As the catalayse touches the wall, it explodes outward, demolishing and ship in its path. The Hand of Adun carriers shift partially into a subspace dimension, avoiding the blast*

'Status!' inquires Krath.

'We're all good, sir. No bug or pop-up ships in the immediate area.'

*The other ships begin reporting back to the Leviathan*

*ksshhh* This is Rogue's Foot, we are in the clear, over *kshhhh* Prealate 4 reportin'. Minimal side hull damage *kshhhh* The Behemouth has suffered no damage, Leviathan. We are good to go *kshhh*

'Seems like we're all right. Begin sending more troops to the ground. Tassatul's gonna need some backup, theres still plenty to kill on the ground' says Krath.

30 seconds before the catalyse is fired (is that what its called?)

*A low rumbling can be felt in the repair bay*

BugHunter: "Hey whats going on...?"

*Suddenly the place shakes like it never has before. The hunters are rocked and are now on the floor*

Young-Tusk: "Bloody Hell! What the @#$& was that?!"

*Getting up, BugHunter questions a technician who was properly fastened down in a seat which was placed for such an occasion*

BugHunter: "What happened?!"

Technician: "Didn't you get the message to secure yourself in a safety seat? The ship just fired its strongest weapon against the enemy, the Catalyse! Here, I can get a feed on the action"

*Turns on a vid-link to the battle field. The skies all of a sudden are clear. The hunters are shocked*

BugHunter: "Woa!!! That must have been one tough weapon!!! Hey, can you get me a feed to who the captain is right now?"

Technician: "no problem"

*Connects the vid-link to the hub of the Leviathan where Krath is*

BugHunter: "Hey, BugHunter here, i can see you have things under control. Nice work on the air units, bud! You wouldn't happen to know the status of Tassatul do you?"

[Tassatul]

*Planetside, at the ground base, Tassatul and his men watch the automatic laser defences kick in and start to slice bugs to pieces. A cheer goes up*

'AAADUUUUUUUUNNNNNN! Whoooooo! Eat that filthy bugs!'

*Seconds later, a bright light flashes through the sky, eliminating all flying enemies*

'Wow. . . Krath must have used the Fist Mechanism. That really took care of them pop-ups' comments Tassatul.

'Executor Tassatul, a mesage from the Leviathan' says a young warrior who just ran up from the communications room.

'What do they want?'

'Well, you'd better come down'

*They both jog down to the comm room, and a direct laser link is set up*

'Krath, can you hear me?'

'Loud and clear, Executor. Some friends of yours would like a status report, and frankly, so would I'

'We're doing great down here. Laser defenses are online, bugs are being chewed up by the minute'

'Very well. Will you need any additional troops?'

'Nope, were all set. Just some minor cleanup and we'll be ready to get back to the Apocalypse and help her out'

'Very well then'

Radar tech: Ha! look at that! those slimy bugs were barely a match for our fighters! look how they're being pushed back, i say congratulatio...

Katt: dont jump to conclusions! something isnt right here... wait a minute... didnt you say there were re-inforcements coming a while ago?

Radar tech: yea, i guess they turned tail and fled. i mean really, trying to fight a ship like this?

*Katt narrows her eyes at the young technician, he coughs lightly and returns to his work. all of a sudden, many new pings are heard from the radar*

Katt: Whats that! Whats going on!

Tech: Sir! there seems to be a whole new fleet of fighters coming out of nowhere! they're nothing like the bugs, they're ships.

Katt: are you sure they're not Tassatuls?

Tech: positive, sir.

*the bridge looks up at the vid-link airing from over the battle, it clearly shows these new fighters arriving*

Radar tech: holy crap! they just... pop up... out of nowhere...

Comm tech: the captains are reporting in, they say that theres a new fighter on the battlefeild... and they're taking out the KitFoxes pretty easily. thats not a very good sign, sir.

Katt: well send out the F-10s then! send three squadrons out, and keep the last three ready for laun... *Katt looks up and the ship tracking device, and notices how quickly the KitFoxes are disappearing* Never mind! send the whole fleet out! who knows how many more of those things are going to pop up? and as of right now, id rather be safe then sorry... oh yea and you, *gestures to a cummunications technician* contact Cobra and tell him that im going to have to cancel our little tea party... and get Kero up here! i need to know what kind of ships these are!

Comm tech: right, sir. On my way.
