Ford, you must have had a horrible experience with a Gamecube to think that it sucks. I dont think you ever played a good game on it.
To re-iterate my point, all consoles ever have at least some bad games.

I like PS2 because, while it has the lowest system specs, it has the best games.
Gamecube gets sucky games even though it has the coolest nintento licences. Like Starfox adventures... and mario sunshine.
X-Box might have the coolest system specs, but they have Halo. And Halo. And that's really it.
PS2 has such a huge varity though. That's why I like it.

Xbox has lots of great games! Not as many as PS does, but enough. Think Halo, Brute Force, upcoming Halflife 2, Starcraft: Ghost, Halo 2, KOTOR. Great specs, enough games to last.

Super Smash Brothers Melee
Metroid Prime
Skies of Arcadie (remake, yay)
Star Wars: Rogue Squadron 2
and, F-Zero GX, of course. which will own all other games known to man if its as good as i've seen from E3 pics and videos.
btw i like PS2, but im not a die-hard fan
