Well, what one person says can vary a LOT from what another person says... you just have to pick a good person to believe, that's all.
Know who's oppinion matters.

hehehe. I havent checked this in a while. Anyways, that lagger ship is great, and so are the bugs. To keep it clutter-less, heres a character:
Name: Agrithno Race: Protoss (dragoon) Age: 579 Eyes: Blue Height: 5m (in dragoon) Gender: Male Specialty: Air defence, support
Weapons: The Dragoon II Exoskeleton is a weapon. It has four legs, each with a lasgun attached to the upper tip. Also, on the central cockpit are two powerful photon cannons.
Armor: The Dragoon II Exoskeleton is heavily armored with Adunium. It also includes plasma shields.
Special Skill: Sentry Mode allows Agrithno to create a sort of miniature bunker. His four legs burrow into the ground, and a defensive attacks are placed on auto. The shields automatically concentrate on areas being attacked, allowing for less energy to be used. This mode is primarily used for Agrithno to run a systems-check after taking serious damage.
Bio: Agrithno was a great friend and co-warrior of Tassatul's. They went through elite Protoss training together and both earned top ranking. Both were marked for High Templar study, but Tassatul's infestation changed that. Tassatul no longer wanted to become a High Templar, and Agrithno refused to go into training without him. Both left Shakuras with a group of close friends to become mercenary. After a few short years, they encountered one of BugHunter's many skrimishes with the bugs. They fought alongside him until the unthinkable happened. Agrithno was killed. The rest of the squad evacuated the planet. One of Tassatul's other close friends, Krath, did him a special favor. He stasis fielded Agrithno's body, and brought it to Tassatul. Elated, Tassatul purchased the newest version of the Dragoon exoskeleton. A few weeks later, Agrithno was reborn. He does not mind his new body, he in fact enjoys being able to do battle with the bugs once again. Many see the late Fenix within him, because of their similar predicaments and how the deal with them.
Pros: Loyal Positive outlook Intelligent
Cons: Dragoon suit can be hindering Not always excited about battle

Ok. This is my grand entry into the RPG. I want you all to keep in mind that I have decided to Role Play as Kalzithlomarikan. This is not Dr. Dan in any way shape or form. The name in the members list was created by me specifically for the RPG. Cobra was against this so I decided to just keep my s.n. and role play Kalzithlomarikan. Here are his stats. (keep in mind, this is a very D+D description. An archon is not an archon from starcraft. I'll have a pic posted soon)
Name: Kalzithlomarikan (Kal for short) Age: 4389 (Immortal while on this plane) Race: Solar Deva (archon) Eyes: Yellow Iris with blue pupil Height: 9ft tall Gender: male Speciality: Hand to Hand combat
Weapons: +5 vorpal dancing custom greatsword (missing) (Vorpal = razor edged, Dancing = magically enchanted to allow the sword to attack on its own when willed by owner, custom = diamond edged, greatsword = 6ft long sword, +5 = power rating in D+D no relevance here)
Armor: Solarival Full-Platemail of Divine Might. This custom Full-Plate has very intricately forged interlocking plates of Adamantine covering the torso, arms (up to the elbows), and legs. A forearm guard extends from the end of the arm plate fashioned to be a blade that stretches one foot farther than the hand. Chain mail forged from fine interlocking mythral chains is worn under the Full-plate covering the torso and all of both arms. The family crest of Kalzithlomarikan, a sword with the words "Virtue Mine Honor" adorns the torso of the Full-Plate's interlocking front.
Special- Kalzithlomarikan is an avid fighter, but is also capable of casting many spells of both divine worship, and of the learned spells of humans. His body is that of a 9ft tall slender but muscular humanoid with pale golden-hue skin. He has huge white wings that extend (in full stretch) 20ft. The wings are usually kept folded behind his back and do not hinder his movement indoors in any way when folded. He has a very defined physique under the platemail and is extremely strong, yet fast.
Bio- Kalzithlomarikan is a being that was sent to this plane of existence about 2000 years ago. His mission has been kept secrete the entire time, unknown to all but himself. His original plane of existence remains a mystery, and he has yet to meet another of his kind on this plane. These creatures have inspired many stories among humans and other creatures, referring to them as Yaluiks or Boksoins or, most common among humans, angels. He is a warrior for good, that is true, but will not hesitate to kill if he believes it is for the right cause. His sword and armor are the only link to his family. His sword has been lost and his journey to get it back is common knowledge. After a great battle with a Greater Demon, Kalzithlomarikan was injured and had to rest. In his weakened state, he was abducted by the "Popups" and held in captivity. After breaking free of their restrains, Kalzithlomarikan destroyed and sabotaged the ship he was being held captive in. When he escaped however...he was met with too many ships for him to handle. He had no choice but to surrender. They transferred him to their mother-ship, the infamous "Lagger."......
Pros- Has wings A great mele fighter Very agile Extremely knowledgeable If killed on this plane- his spirit retires from this plane and travels back to the original for 100 years. (known as banishment) After this time period, the spirit may return to the body with divine help, and once again walk on the plane it was banished from.
Cons- He is feared by many people due to his appearance A little anti-social, talks when necessary Longs to complete his quest so he may return to his native plane Does not trust many beings His sword was taken

(Ok, now that i have time, my version of the Pop-ups) (I'll fix my bug character profiles later)
Race: Pop-ups (I pictured them to be like the green aliens from Perfect-Dark, but i also like Cobra's image of a robotic race of spacecraft. I defenitely do not want them to be humanoid, they were supposed to be another alien race. we'll have to vote on this some time) Age: Life Span predicted at 60-100 yrs Height: 6 feet tall on hind legs
[not gonna bother with eyes, hair, and gender for this profile since we're talking about a description for a whole race]
Bounties: None (they are not registered in the Hunting Guild especially since they are newly discovered) Profession: Warriors Danger Levels: - Lone Fighter ships: Low - Fighter ships in groups: high - Lagger: Very high - Pop-up outside his ship (if you picture them as the green aliens from Perfect Dark): low to medium
Specialties: Cloaking; Swarm formations; Surprise attacks
Armament of Pop-up soldier: - When attacked by a pop-up outside of his ship, its more likely that they will carry a one-handed energy firearm (I'm still thinking about the aliens from Perfect Dark) - Light Armor - Some carry Energy Shields - Personal Cloaking Device (PCD)
Armament of Fighter-Class ships: - Standard Chain-gun cannon - 2 missile packs - Cloaking device - intel is mostly from skirmishes; none ever captured for research yet (They're supposed to be light fighters. These things are small and fast, but are weak and have low armor)
Armament of Lagger capital-class ship: - Multiple heavy weapon batteries - Heavy Shield Array - Lag aura (Distortes time and space and makes everything around it slow; Location of its source on the ship is still unknown) - Unknown number of holding docks for fighter-class ships (can you say Independence Day?) - Does not carry a Cloaking device (long range weapons recommended)
Profile: Pop-ups are the newest enemies on the field. They have never been seen before. New intel on them is still coming in. For some reason, the bugs and the pop-ups have allied with each other. They have been known to "pop up" out of no where and overwhelm instantly and without warning. Alone, they are weak, but they always travel in large numbers. It is very unlikely that you will fight them man to creature on foot, they prefer to fight in their ships.
How to Kill it: - The pop-up fighter-class ship has weak armor and should be very easy to kill. Just a few well shots and you will see them go down in flames. Be careful though, they are very fast and maneuverable - If you ever come across one outside of their ship, just shoot it. They bleed just like everything else - The Lagger is very dangerous. Its superior shields prevent light weapons fire from penetrating. Even heavy weapons have a hard time getting rid of the shields. Without shields, the Lagger is still very strong. Its aura of lag makes it an even bigger problem. If you get near it, its lag systems will slow you down significantly. If it gets too bad, you might lag out and disappear. The only successful strategy so far is to shoot everything you got at it. EMP missiles have been found to be useful against it. Once enough damage has been delt to it, its aura of lag seems to disappear.

(Now for the updated version of the bugs) (for this one, I'm gonna have to use a bit of a different approach to the profile setup)
Race: Bugs
Warrior Class Life-span: 30-50 years Height: 6ft to 9ft tall Gender: Mostly female drones (Maybe we could have the males as stronger versions) Profession: Foot soldiers for their Queen Danger Levels: - Female drone alone (as if): Low - In groups: Extremely high - Male Drones (never in large groups, not enough of them): medium to high Specialty: Mass suicidal attacks
Weapons and Armor: - Bug Carapace - Razor sharp claws - Sickle tails - Needle teeth - Acid blood - Extra mouth
Bounty: - $1,000 Woolong for female head - $5,000 Woolong for male head
Flyer Class Life-Span: 30-50 years Height: 6ft to 9ft tall Gender: Mostly female drones (Males are stronger) Profession: Air units for their Queen Danger Levels: - Female drone alone: Low - In groups: Extremely high - Male Drones (never in large groups, not enough of them): medium to high Specialty: Mass suicidal attacks
Weapons and Armor: - Bug Carapace - Wings - Claws - Teeth - Needle Spines (strong enough to penetrate most armor) (ranged attack)
Bounty: - $900 Woolong for female head - $1,000 Woolong for male head - $250 Woolong for a pair of wings
The Queen Life-span: 1,000 years Height: 12 feet tall Gender: The female of the brood (hey, want me to create a Bug King?) Profession: Master of her children and all she surveys Danger Level: Extremely High (even alone) Specialty: Commanding and creating her children
Weapons and Armor: - Royal Bug Carapace (extremely strong; rivals most alloys) - Razor Sharp Claws - Tail - Teeth - Extra Mouth - Ability to control her children
Bounty: - Head alone is worth $500,000 Woolong - $50,000,000 Woolong if captured alive
How to Kill it: - A few good shots or a nice sweep of a blade should be able to stop a Warrior class bug. Just remember that it has acid for blood. Try to gun them down before they get close. Ranged weapons and acid resistent armor is recommended. Attacking them from the air is also a good strategy - Flyer class bugs require you to just gun them down. It is highly unlikely that they will get close enough for you to use melee weapons. A few well placed shots is enough to make them fall. - Males of both - The Queen is extremely strong, extremely dangerous, and has the ability to call upon her children. Unless you are tough enough, you better run away. Her royal carapace is much stronger than her subjects and actually requires heavy weapons just to penetrate. If you are good, you can fight her with a blade, but you have to be fast and strong as hell. All we can suggest is to use everything you got on her. She does bleed, it has been known that hunting clans have captured them. Currently only 5 have been captured.

Wow! Nice Bughunter! Is this supposed to be a recreation of Starship Troopers? Maybe we could change the inteligence of these things so it were not just as similar. Like make the bugs have ships of their own or something, I dunno just think about it.

Dan, shut up... The only thing i took from Starship Troopers for the last post was the flyer-class bug. Any other similarities is just coincidence cus all stories with killer bugs are almost the same. And no, i am not going to give them ships! The only bugs in the air are the flyer-class ones! Air support is mostly given by the pop-ups... who mostly use ships... And i want to keep the bugs ruthless with just primal intelligence! The pop-ups could be more intelligent, but thats because they have SHIPS... what am i sayin, the bugs dont even need intelligence! They're all controlled by the Queen! Thats why she's there!
next time think before you post...
Wait a minute, what do mean "Is this suppost to be a recreation of Starship Troopers"?! No this isn't a recreation! You were once part of the RPG you should know that!!!

I was reffering to your post, not the RPG thread....there is a connection but you know what I mean.
I am going to join on the RPG thread again using the character that I created above. If you give me a chance I will show you that I can roleplay very well on the thread.

You know cobra...we could do that again if you wanted. Maybe on the board. I know that you will say no to that so ok....I'm just using the logic that me being the DM and you playing would work fine cause I have all of the books....and I go on the board more than I'm with you.
