golden rings, coins, invincibility icon, invincibility star, power sneakers, magic mushrooms, shield, fire flowers, fire shields, magic feathers, water shields, raccoon suits, lightning shields, chaos emeralds, 1-up, continue, phoenix down, potion, ARMs, gears, ether, peaches, masks, elixir, chickens, stone wheel, magic bottle, hi-potion, and other assorted video game items fall from the sky after POW block was hit...along with a redeemer and ultima stone...
