Calm down!! No, that would be no fun! I'm too hyped up on Pepsi and Death By Chocolate ice cream. That, and I got out of work by 9:20! That is so freakin' unheard of if I close! I am sooo happy! YYAAHH!!

Will's plan to lose weight: Take advantage of High metabolism. And it works, too. I should be really fat for what I eat. And heather, you should just "not care" about what you eat. Its an important thing to keep track of And Running is, in my oppinion, the ebst kind of exersize. It works out your whole body. ;D

The only think I have against running is this:
My father used to run around asbury every weekend, thats about 10 miles. He also completed a 1/2 marathon when he was younger (like way younger) -- and now, when I ask about it, he says it was one of the worst things he did to his body, mostly because he killed his knees. Now his legs in general hurt more on an everyday basis because of the strain he put his body through back then....
but as far as for us young people, running can lead to more stamina in bed! yay!
