Ok, this is the continuations of the last familiarly named thread. Everything special events discussed here, such as holidays, vacations, and parties, winning the lotery, etc.

under the archived thread board, where else would i put it? you can look at all the archived things there, but you cant change anything or post there. you non-mods (  ) can see that board right? or is there some tinkering that need to be done there? |

I wanted to change the name of this thread to more adequetly reflect it's true perpous- it's a thread where we can discuss everything and anything, without it devolving in to random incoherence. I have a feeling this thread will always be here and, if some point in the future the board becomes more popular, I would've liked this thread to be named for easy identification.
"Special event thread" is, however, acceptable. The name will reflect the original thread and provide it a bit of character. All future threads, however, should be numbered.
Um... carry on ;D

 What do you mean by its true purpose? I created it just for that, discussing special events, duh. Maybe you should have consulted the creator before making such statements. I gave it this title to say just that. Why dont you just create another thread for whatever you just said, Will
