Wait. . .someone explain this to me. . . you guys got to write stories?!
My english teacher just happens to be evil, or possibly possesed. All we do is read crappy books and write essays. Of course, in NY we have mucho gay statewide standarized tests. Es muy estupido, no me gusta, a la mierda con ellos!

Grrr.. Standize test are the worst. Many long hours of sitting and writing, or filling in circles (or squares) in which you could easy know the answer to the question but machine reads it wrong because you went out of the lines

English teachers don't like my essays, too many mistakes, and with a certain essays were you have to state your side on a subject, like to present the evidence before my opinion.

The senior teachers are handing out a bunch of college essay assignments. While I do see the benefit of them, it's still a royal pain in the butt.

The essays we write are all dumb. "Hey, see this poem and this paragraph? In some unique way, they're realated! No really, write an essay on it!"

Most of the books on the list are really great, but the assighments always destorys the books. I usually like to reread books i like, but i can't stand the thought of rereading any of my summer reads.
