Ever seen the sodium in water demonstration? How they have to use a tiny piece so it won't explode? Lithium is WAY more explosive in water than sodium.

*LOL* I've seen some nastier stuff. Stuff that I used in the service for decontaminating vehicles that had been around radiation. In order to use the stuff on a vehicle you had to combine one third ___ with two thirds dirt. If any water hit the mixture, at any time, there would be an enormous mess.

Hmm, i think Abishai with his background will win any argument concerning who experienced the best mess or explosion and whatnot

Are you talking about seeing the reactions in chemistry class? *evil grin* My chemistry teacher smoked out the entire third floor by turning a pickle into a battery.

YOUR Chem teacher blew something up in the parking lot and scared MY english teacher (Ms Louw? I think thats how you spell it) into thinking it was a BOMB. Which it was. But she thought it was the kind that blows up schools, not moles.

What? You mean Mr. Hodge hasn't put the electricity through a pickle for you yet? Or was that Mr. Cosgrove the Physics teacher...? Oh well. Too bad Mr. Cosgrove retired, too... at least i had the priviledge of being part of his last (and best) class, hehehe. ;D

Maybe it wasn't the best, maybe your class forced him into retirement because he couldn't take such horror?
