It's starting to smell a little because it's dead... Dead things rot and stink, that kind of thing.

Ha! lol... I'd love to join. It sounds pretty kewl too. I'd probably join as a demon! Why can't I just 'join in'? Do I really have to do all this stuff just to make an intro?

Yes, you have to do all that stuff as in intro, there's a lot to be said about the story. For example, Demons are unspeakably evil, and overwhelmingly powerful, not to mention monstrous and giant. Why would a demon be traveling with us? How would they go through town? What would prevent them from simply obliterating any opponant before us? Or the innocents? Especially when one of our main characters is a demon hunter. The only race in Soul Saber is human. Unlike most other Medieval RPs, the variety lies in the different human cultures around the world. There are no elves, or dwarves, or anything. There is magic, though, so being a mage is cool. We only have one, now, anyway. Not that enyone is ever going to play again, ever.

I'd love to see a working RPG, but it'd have to be fully planned before I'd consider joining. I just like how it keeps stories, characters, and players under control when there are boundaries to storylines and plots.

And feel free to create your own, like that Vampire thing. People seemed interested enough.

I might be interested. Not sure yet though. Vampires....I dunno. I've never been heavy into the vampire thing, but all vampire movies and shows have all been annoying angsty goth drama anyway, and that doesn't appeal to me...so I guess that could be why I don't like vamps so much?

They are what you make them I guess, you know?
For example in a universe I was working on, but gave up on a long time ago (for an RPG, back when this site was cool), there were Vampires, suck blood, infect humans, hate sunlight, etc. But vampires weren't intelligent. They posses only animal-like intellegence, and people who are infected degenerate into that sort of state (almost like rabies). They became sortof "pack animals", like wolves or something.
Anything can be made to suit anyone's tastes. Just use your imagination.

I like that idea way better than the way Hollywood portrays vamps to be: super suave, smart, and retartedly powerful.

As said its all up to everyone's tastes. I dont like that hollywood/goth/Online RP portrayal either, but plenty of other people do.

Maybe one who doesn't like to drink blood. That's been done though in a few different ways. Either they don't drink blood and someone forces them to every once in a while, or they drink animal blood instead of human blood because it's a little bit nicer or whatever. Dumb vampires...
