Well, I put the idea forth, maybe the outline of a story. but I'm probably not gonna be controling it.

Hey as long as we stick to your basic idea I'm game. I just wrote the the bit as an intro for my charecter. I want to give a little bit of insight into his feeling about working with a team. After all, you wanted the rpg to be equally balanced between action/adventure and the rest of their lives.

Yes, I did. Thank you for remembering. ;D The story for my character is going to start before he was... 'recruited', and he will be recruited during the game. Probably early on, one of my first few posts.

So he's gonna be a newbie. I've always liked those superheroes best. ;D

[edit]Rereading Doc's character sheet, he makes me think a bit of Revolver Ocelot from MGS (specifically 3). He was a dude in the KGB, but he was so obsessed with american action movies- specifically westerns- that he started using a Single Action Army instead of his KGB pistol. The fight with him in-game, the music changes to Good Bad and Ugly style guitar, and the scenery looks just like the wild west. Tumbleweeds blow by and everything. Its awesome.

Okay, I came up with an idea for starting out. I'd like to hear what everybody has to say. I'd also like to see some people posting in the damn RPG.

Here goes,

Nathaniel Roark aka Doc, is going to be framed for the murder of an important figure. Call it the district attorney or possibly even a senator. In any case, he his being framed because somebody knows about the lab, and about him. He won't be the last victim of this organization, matter of fact, he isn't the first either. The woman that Doc thought he recognized is a telepath of amazing abilities who was being recruited when she was accused of embezelling millions of dollars from the corporation where she worked. It would seem that whomever is targeting these people is doing so systematically, and methodically. Your charecter might be next. In any case, it is up to the charecters to ensure that Doc is not only cleared of the charges and set free, but the team must work together to find out who is behind the framing.

Walkin' in a winter wonderlan.... Hey! Look at this, I'm posting! Anyway, I've always been a pyromaniac (Honestly, I think everyone is one deep down...) and I'm going to have a fire power of some sort. Nothing extreme, I assure you. The plot seems awesome, though there'll have to be some reason for each character to want to help him. Which will, of course, be written by that character's creator. Oh boy! Walkin' in a winter wonderland.......

Well everyone will be at DSI labs to begin with, and the proffesor, or the guy in charge won't want to lose Doc. Not that he's vitally important or anything, he's just been there a while and knows a little bit about the place. Nothing like giving your enemy inside knowledge into your weaponry, your tactics, your abilities. . . .

You can choose to have been recruited already, or to be recruited. It's all a matter of choice. ;D

I planned on posting today, including WorldRPG, but I took a surprise trip!

I was plannign on taking my time begine recruited, but I can do it in a couple posts now that we have somewhere to go. My guy won't go willingly at first, but after a while, gives in a joins.
