Hey all. I'm really sorry I havent been around, Fable has taken up a big part of my life for the last week and a half. Anywho, we could do Dan and mine's storyline thingy, but Dan posts less than I do. Seeing as hes my teacher, he really needs to be around, as Kal will be in charge of me at he Mage Council. Either that, or I get permission to use him as I need him(which will, I promise, lead to more posting by myself). But I really hate to just take over Kal, you know?

And a side question: why is the discussion thread in a separate place than the RP thread? Usually we keep them near each other, right? Well, I guess it isnt a real big deal. We really need to organized the RP/Discussion boards up a little more, im not sure i have the Mod power to do so though.

We got into a discussion on that awhile ago. Since this is the rpg IDEAS board, we put all the discussion threads here now. Hey wait a tick, thats what we've been doing all along. Wut you talkin about Tass? And i took upon the task of kinda organizing the discussion threads, but i can only do so much not being a MODERATOR or anything....

And evidence seems to suggest that we never had an official discussion thread for Soul Saber by itself. It was probably called medieval something before... but for the most part no....

Hey, no need to be nasty. And no, I checked and I dont have the ability to move threads, or I wouldve taken some action and de-cluttered some things. Thats the kind of thing that bothers me, clutter. Im probably a little bit obsessive.

Yeah, i think originally we had a thread devoted to discussion of RPGs in general, and that grew into the medieval/soul saber discussion.

Isnt there a saying about those who really want power shouldnt have it, BugHunter? j/k ;D ;D
but personnaly, if someone kept hinting at being a mod, that would just make me not want to give it to them. (not that i have that power to deny you, of course. we're mostly democratic here

well, we dont even really need all that many mods, to tell the truth. no one fights anymore, anything that needs to be changed, you guys bring up and we fix. when ever we change anything, we ask/tell you guys first anyway, so its really no different bughunter. it just saves you the task of actully doing it yourself.

and i dont really mind having the two boards, one fore actual role paying and one for talking. i always thought that the RP board was for the actual roleplaying threads and that was it. all the other stuff would be here. like info threads and everything would be here too. so that you could go click on any random thread in the RP board and see people roleplaying. but as of right now, its not really like that...

i dunno, what would you guys like to see happen?

but anyway, this is where were supposed to be talking about soul saber. i just talked to dan, and he said hes going to try and take time out to post more. or at least thats the message i got. so maybe he'll be back around in a bit and you guys could pm it out or something.

Dont i do a lot for this board? huh? And if i had the power, I'd use it responsibly... And what if i wanted to do stuff for myself and didn't have the patience to wait a week for you guys to do stuff, huh?

And wasn't that the original idea for creating an Ideas board? Ideas board for the talking and the rpg board for the rping... Didn't we have that discussion a loooong time ago?

first of all, dont give me that 'wait a week' crap. ive been on everysingle day, and whenever you ask something to get done, it does. like moving the threads around and whatnot (and changing the fader for the guest board, archiving maho, hallo? any of it ring a bell?) and plus, even if it were true and i only came on once a week, ypu'd have to wait for the okay anyway. so there. insulting a mod will get you nowhere.
im not lazy so there.

and the thing i was talking about in the RP board were the info threads. where should they be? i mean, throwing them all here whould make this a really big board and maybe add another page (gasp!). thats what i was talking about

I think we could shrink it by archiving more stuff. Stuff like(apologies if i offend anyones by saying their RPG is dead) : Zakus rpg, worldgate, starwars rpg, war is hell, passage of blood. And there are like 4 different bughunting threads, im sure we dont need all of them? Or maybe we could splice them somehow?

but yeah, i think one board should be all the roleplaying, and the other all discussion and planning, youve convinced me And yes bughunter, we probably did have this discussion before.
