I'm posting below a funny statement. WRONG! I agree on all three of those. Actually, I liked the storylines of all of them. It was the writing of LotR and Dune that I disliked. Blasphemy. I'm reading through the series again to prepare for Hunters of Dune, currently on Children of Dune. Shadow of the Giant came out!? Fuck me, in 2005 too. How the hell did I miss that. . . I dont have cable in my apartment, so I've got nothing there really. Other than, my mom got me hooked on Scrubs over Thanksgiving and Winter break. It's a great show. Been listening to some Divinity Destroyed along with my other general assortment of metal. I think I mostly got hooked because one of the songs has some lines from David Lynch's Dune film. But it is good music. The new Bond was great in my opinion. Kinda got away from the formula (no gadgets) but still epic. Didn't seem to rely on fancy special effects to get its kicks either, which was cool. The opening on-foot chase scene was epic. I wanted to see The Good Shepard, but I dont get out much, so oh well.

Geez, Jal. You've been here longer than me but I've already surpassed you in post count by a lot. Do you really need the newbies to keep their numbers low so you can feel like a spammer or something? Actually, wow. I didn't realize that I've been here for almost two years. It only feels like one, at most. Man, time sure flies when you have no life except for posting away all the time.

I hate diet stuff. It's no good for you. And a pre-emptive shutup to Will who is going to point out that I often drink sugar free drinks, but it's not diet. It doesn't say "generic diet sugar-free drink" on the container. And anyway, I shouldn't get teased about liking sugar free things anyhow since my family has a history of diabetes so NYAH!

Oh man. On the TV there's some sort of political...thing that's going on. There's a huge room full of people. I don't know what it's about but apparently the news has been allowed in for the first time ever, and from their viewpoint with the camera, they can really read the body language going on. So the news woman there was saying that Bush is also there and they're wondering how he'll react to the group because it's a group of "unfriendly people." Apparently Bush has his helpers put a bunch of Yes-men into the audiences when he's doing speeches so he gets a lot of "support" from the audience. That's when I went back upstairs, but the TV is loud because people here are deaf, and the news woman said something along the lines of "He knows if he makes any mistakes, it'll end up on Youtube forever."
