I have a few VHS's too. Goku was always my favorite, followed up by either Piccolo or Krillin. Never could choose. No wait! Dende was my next favorite because he was so dang cute when you first meet him and all. ;D But a person can only watch so much of guys with hair that defies gravity and muscles that are unrealistically large shouting for a half hour straight before they have to move on to newer and better genres, like giant robots.

What exactly is paypal, anyway? Paypal is a website that you can basically hook up to your bank account or debit/credit card, and it saves you the hassle of typing your card number or whatever in every time you buy something online. A lot of places accept paypal, and since I forget where I've left my debit card last half the time, I like having the convenience of paypal. Plus it tracks your orders and it makes out receipts for you and I think it tracks all of the times you've used them to purchase something as well. It's just a convenience, basically. But I love it.

A lot of people complain about it, though. Like Tass! And a lot of other people too.
I've never used it though, SO I don't know anything. The only stuff I buy from the internet comes from Newegg.com.

Gaah! This discussion combined with Wikipedia has me seriously wanting to watch some DBZ, just for the nostalgia factor. Buu was definitely my favorite from the first time he showed up, and I can't remember before that.

I never liked buu... Vegeta was my favorite as a villian. That whole first chapter there, with Radditz and Nappa and Vegeta, I think that's the classic and best DBZ arc right there. All of the others just didn't feel the same to me. And even "grown up" now, that one is a little more tolerable then the rest...

I didnt like paypal because it was a big hassle. I go through the whole personal information filling-out process and then at the end they hit me with this verifying bank account stuff. They deposit a few cents to your account and you report on how much they did to verify. Then like, you need to prove that you actually knew that they knew you knew the price of the deposit. Mail forms in triplicate, signed in blood. To eastern bumblefark. Double postage, just in case.
Or something.

I didn't do the account verification so I wouldn't know about that. I don't want paypal connected directly to my bank account so I just leave it as is.

Nah I use it all the time And Sarah, how do you use paypal without connecting it to a bank account? Once I saw that I peaced out from the website, and didnt bother to look for alternatives. I too, didn't like Buu. It seemed too "silly" after the more serious villians. Old school Vegeta and Nappa for the win. Also, Majin Vegeta.

A bad guy that turns his enemies into junk food and eats them...is way lame. Also Tass, I just have it hooked up to my debit card. Since my debit card is linked to my checking account, I see no reason for paypal to be linked to it as well. The account verification thing never goes away, but I just ignore it everytime I log in.

I have a debit card.
So I wonder why I even need paypal... I've never been to a site that says "You can pay through paypal but not directly through your debit card..."

As I said, it's just a convenience. You don't have to type out your card number everytime you buy something. Instead the site will send you off to log into paypal, and all your card info will be ready and waiting so all you have to do is confirm that you want to buy it. It's especially helpful for if you don't have your card with you when you're trying to purchase something.
