All I can see is the Lagger in the distance, and there's not much we can do about that' [glow=red,2,300]'Then we shall have to wait'[/glow] replys Agrithno. *Tassatul's ear radio begins making odd sounds and flashing* 'What the. . .?' Tassatul says, then pulls it off his ear. *ksshhh* *tsssst* . . .rath . . .*shhh* . . . reinfo . . . *tsstss* *kshhh* . . .ll arrive s. . . *ZAP* *POW* *The transmitter explodes in Tassatul's hand* 'Ahh! Sounded like Krath is gonna show up soon' expains Tassatul. [glow=red,2,300]'Took him long enough'[/glow] quips Agrithno. *Rumble Rumble* 'What'd you say, Agrithno?' |

*The hunters lie around idly outside while Light-Stepper is sitting inside the ship periodically checking the scanners and radar which still work to some efficiency. A blip appears on one of the screens for a second and then disappears*
Light-Stepper: "Hmm? ...eh must of been my imagination"
(ooc: Signs of an incoming attack, hehehe. Hey Tassatul, what was that rumbling in your last post? side note - the ground is scorched and littered with dead bodies)

(ooc: eh, no. I just wanted to make that clear because you said the place was empty. Wouldn't you think after a giant fight like what we just had would leave a couple of craters and dead bodies on the ground? So therefore, the place isn't empty, but covered in corpses, k. I rest my case, hehehe)  |

*Cobra and the captain's sword fight leads down a hall. The place is a complete inferno. Fires rage unchecked and explsions rattle the entire ship. Flaming debris litter the hallway. Any remaining crew have ejected by now.*
*Cobra is on the defence. The captains smaller sword gives him an edge in fighting in the small hallway, not to mention he strikes much faster. Cobra plays it safe and uses his sword more as a shield then anything else.* Captain:"You coward!*clang*...Just...*clang*...accept your fate! Just DIE! *Clang* DIE! DIE!*Clang* *Then cobra attacks. It catches the Captain off guard, since cobra has more or less been sitting there. It knocks the sword out of the captain's hand. He looks, then waits a moment. Cobra thrusts as hard and as fast as he can after a bit of a staredown, and his sword goes straight past the captain, who is more agile then he looks, and peirces deep in to the wall. Cobra tugs with all his might, but the sword refuses to budge. He is interupted when the captain kicks him in the gut, making him fly in to a nearby door. Cobra curls up laying on the floor.*
*The captain runs over and kicks cobra again, making him bounce back off the wall. The captian kicks again, but cobra barly manages to roll over out of the way. He gets up, swaying, and the two come at eachother. They begin fighting, cobra's small size and speed versus the captains rage and greater strength.*
*The fight leads them through the door, in to a room that Bug_Hunter blew a whole through with his plasma cannon, leaving a gaping hole to the side, giving a rather calming view of the scenery from high, in stark contrast to the flaming wreckedge of the inside. Half the room just ends, leaving an edge jutting out over the vast drop.*
*During the fight, cobra is tripped by one of the captains kicks. The Captain kicks him while he is down, making him slide over the burnt edge of the room. He catches the ledge, and is hanging by his two hands over an almost endless drop down to the burnt out battle ground. The captain stomps on one hand, which cobra easily submits, and the captain looks donw on cobra with a grin. The captain draws a combat knife*Captain:"So...Should I cut them all off fast?" *he kneels down, puting the knife over cobra's fingers* "Should I do it one by one? Enjoy the show? Or should I just cut of one or two and let you hang for a while?"*Cobra looks down nervously, looks up to the captain again*Captain:"Worried? You should be? We'll both die here, but at least I won't fall forever...waiting for my death..." Cobra:"Bite me!" *Cobra then let's go, and falls. He disapears from the captains sight*Captain, geting up and turning back to the flaming, crumbling room:"Oh well. At least I got him. I made him pay. I don't fear my death." *The captain looks around at his once powerfull warship. He thinks to himself, and he is especialy cought up in wondering when he sees the corpse of one of his crew.*"We died fighting. I'm fine. Don't...worry about it..." *The loud fire and his deep thought prevent him from hearing the small humming noise behind him. From behind the captain, we see a small aircraft slowly hover up. After a few second, the captain turns with a start*"Wha...What? How?" The craft slowly hovers in to a position in front of the hole in the wall. It's completly in view now. It's cobra's small fighter, the cobra's fang. The captain can see cobra in the cockpit. He's bloody and briused, and holding one arm limp, while the other works the joystick. After a quick moment of just hovering there, cobra shouts in to an external speaker:**ksht*"Eat this you BASTARD!!!" Before he can even finish his yell, his voice is drowned out by the stacatto fireing of a 30mm. gattling gun. Shrapnel and wreckage flies and the entire room is blown apart at the seems. He just keeps shooting and shooting, ripping holes through the wall and blowing doors off their hinges.** * * *Cobra's ship slams hard in to the ground, leaving peices and a long gash in the ground behind it. It bounces a few times, then digs in to a hill. The cockpitt opens, and cobra's bloody form slumps out and falls to the ground, almost motionless.*

(Ok, My ship is in the middle of the battlefield. You guys prolly would have been able to see my ship come down, but it is of course up to you guys ;D. And the lagger has no crew, and is slowly exploding. Eventually it'll either crash or just blow up.)

(ooc: Wooo! very well played amigo! *clap* *clap*) *The Hunters look up in suprise as a large explosion is heard from the Lagger which now has begun to lose altitude at an even greater rate*BugHunter: "Woa, what's going on up there?" *They then see a small craft depart from the ship, leaving a heavy smoke trail indicating that it was on fire. Light-Stepper investigates with a zoom camera*Light-Stepper: (yelling out a window) "BugHunter! Its Cobra!" BugHunter: "Well well, he must have put the finishing blow to that damn Lagger. Looks like he's redeemed himself."  *They watch as Cobra makes a violent crash off in the distance just a few clicks away*Light-Stepper: "We should help him!" BugHunter: "Alright, rescue mission, you two, come with me. Light-Stepper! You stay here and take care of Young-Tusk and the Hunting Star. Guys, cloaking units on! Lets go!" *As they march away, they disappear into the background*(ooc: Hey cobra, do you want the area where you crashed to be infested with bugs? They could be burrowed around you. Just a thought...) |

*Tassatul and Agrithno watch Cobra's ship fall to the ground*
'Looks as if he took out the remaining Lagger crew' says Tassatul. 'You stay here, I'm going out there to find him'
[glow=red,2,300]'Go now Tassatul. I can defend myself easily here. Go.[/glow]
*Tassatul powers up his shields and begins running across the field. Suddenly, the groung erupts as bugs burst out to attack Tassatul*
'Hehehe. . .finally, some action here!' Tassatul says, and activates his dual warp blades and acid spurters.
*The bugs attack from all sides. Tassatul begins slashing left and right, slicing bugs in half and thirds. HE also sprays them with acid, buring to the bones. His adrenaline starts to pump double overtime.*
'HAHA! *SHING* Whooo! *Slash* *SSS* ahhhiiiiiee!
*A large pile of dead bugs surronds Tassatul. The next wave of bugs lines up, ready to attack*
'Come and get it, scum' rages Tassatul.

(ooc: My roster is as follows - BugHunter and two other hunters are off to reach Cobra. There are 5 hunters at my starship, that includes Light-Stepper and Young-Tusk, who is still knocked out)
*Meanwhile, at the Hunting star, Light-Stepper is sitting at the console. Another blip is made on on of the screens but then disappears. Light-Stepper caught it at the corner of his eye*
Light-Stepper: "Hmm?"
*He looks out the window but sees nothing, so he disregards it*
Light-Stepper: "Whatever..."
*Another blip is made. This time he definitely saw it*
Light-Stepper: "Whats going on..."
*Concerned he yells to the others who are outside that something was up. But he still doesn't see anything outside*
*Suddenly the screens go crazy, making several blips on the radar*
Light-Stepper: "What the hell!"
*Then an army of bugs come out of the ground outside and begin a massive charge towards the Hunting Star! The hunters, startled but ready to rumble, begin shooting with heavy weapons and rpg launchers which they set up*
Misc. Hunter (whos outside): "Holy sh**!!!!!"
Light-Stepper (yelling to those outside): "Dont let them through! (now to himself) I have to help them...
*Light-Stepper jumps into the controls to one of the Hunting Star's still working gun turrets and opens fire**BLAM BLAM BLAM BLAM BLAM BLAM BLAM BLAM BLAM BLAM!!!!*
*Young-Tusk finally wakes up*
Young-Tusk (a bit groggy): "ungh..whats going on?"
*sees the carnage going on around him*
Young-Tusk: (getting up) "Holy sh**! Give me a gun! Give me a gun!!!"
*a fellow hunter passes him a laser rifle and he joins his comrades in the defense*

"ugghh..."
*Slowly...a bright light fades in to view*
"uughh...err...."
*Shapes and colors slowly blur in. Two 'things' are moving around nearby.*
*Cobra feels a small tickle...he tries to focus his eyes... there's a bug sniffing around his face.*
"I think...I'm wounded..." Cobra thinks to himself. He closes his eyes again. Then he remebers everything that just happened.
"Crap! Ya' know, I don't get a second to rest!" He yells, frustrated. The bug jerks it's head back in surprise. But before it can make a second reaction, cobra blows it's head off with his support rifle. The second bug stands up tall and is about to roar, but another well placed shot blows it's head to small peices. It falls to the ground, lifeless.
Cobra looks around, quickly, for any other imenent threats. There seems to be some small scuffles going on, but nothing major. and nothing seems to be too close.
"Now...let's see if I can't get up."
Cobra tries to stand, but to no avail. His one leg is completly numb. Cobra just rolls on to his back. Then he notices a wound on his chest he didn't know about.
"Huh? I didn't know I got shot. hmpf."
He sighs and waits.

*Tassatul can feel the chemical reaction occuring within his body. The protoss and zerg biological imbalance creates and explosive reaction within Tassatul's body. It is released in a form of hyper-adrenaline*
'AAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHHH!!' *SLASH* *SLASH* *SSS* 'Die, die die DIE!! ALL OF YOU RRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRAAA!!!'

*bugHunter hears weapons fire coming from the direction he came from -*BLAM BLAM BLAM BLAM BLAM BLAM BLAM BLAM BLAM BLAM!!!!*
BugHunter: "What the!" *He picks up his personal radio that has a direct link to the Hunting Star* "Light-Stepper! Whats going on!?"
Light-Stepper: *kssh*We being attacked sir! But I think we can handle them for now! You just get to Cobra!*kssh*
BugHunter: "damn... good luck Light-Stepper... Ok, guys, looks like we're gonna have to pick up the pace. Lets get Cobra, and then return to our brothers in arms as quickly as possible!"
*He looks onto the distance with the zoom camera on his helmet. Then he goes into infrared*
BugHunter: "Ah ha! Theres Cobra! ...but wait...whats all this... movement..."
*He switches to a different vision*
BugHunter: "What the... oh man, he's surrounded by a group of bugs... Lets hope they haven't killed him already. We gotta move now!"

*It seems as though the bugs are attacking someone, or some thing...*
BugHunter: "Huh, what's going on over there?"
*zooms his vision onto the other side of Cobra's location and finds a figure hacking away at the bugs. The fighter pulls out a purifier lighning gun and begins blasting away*
BugHunter: "Woa, is that Tassatul?" *Zooms in closer* "Why, yes it is! Looks like he's handling stuff pretty well, hehehe"
*Notices the bugs leaving Cobra for Tassatul*
BugHunter: "It seems as though Tassatul is making a good distraction for the bugs, look, they've left Cobra's position. Come on!"
*The Hunters make they're way down a cliff towards Cobra. The two hunters following BugHunter pick him up*
BugHunter: "Alright, you two bring him back to the Hunting Star and help Light-Stepper too. I'll go and help Tassatul"
*The two hunters turn Cobra's PCD (personal cloaking device) on and then leave. BugHunter begins making his way towards Tassatul*
