[Cobra5]

*The demon roars, more with power then anger, and energy starts gather around him. He then swings the energy sword, and an energy wave comes out of it and flyws with a buzzing sound toward the group...!*

Everyone: "Woa"

*Everyone jumps out of the way of the energy attack*

[Tassatul]

*Some of Tass's minions weren't quick enough to dodge the wave. Their bodies trembled and finally dropped lifeless to the ground*

*For a split second, Tass could feel the demon's presence in his mind through the summons*

Demon: "You're a strong little thing, conjuror! Perhaps I should save you for last, you soul should be quite powerful"

'NO!' Tass yells, rolling away from the demons wrath.

((Seeing as I wont be around for about a week, Dan, or somebody, take some control of Tass for me. Keep him part of the story, please. . .))

[Dr. Dan]

((um..bughunter? I did the energy thing with my staff...that was to distract the demon...no1 even...sigh...look if I'm going to post and no1 is going to read it then I'm not going to post. I did all that and no1 even seem to notice. And bughunter your character is not powerful enough to fight this thing ok? I was expecting the demon to turn on me next..I wrote that in the thing...the ooc...then I was gonna finish this little spell....we got here as a group to fight it as a group. What we have done so far is great, but we are not your little "scriptwriters" at all, we are RP'ing the way our characters would act, so if we dont get ur storyline perfect I'm dreadfully sorry))

[Dr. Dan]

Cobra and Tanyu are both standing in front of Kaluth, and when the demon makes his move they both jump to the side, leaving the demon face to face with Kaluth.

...and all Kaluth can do is smile....

Demon: "What makes you so cocky you puny human?"

Kaluth (in demonic, the language): "You will never see the light of day again...and you dont realize it yet...."

The demon recoils just a tad at hearing its native language. The then notices the 40 or so small spheres of energy floating near kaluth. Kaluth raisis his hand slowly, in a very cocky manner, and sais one thing to the demon again: "Now you DIE"

The spheres, each and every one, splits into 10 smaller spheres and fly at an incredible speed towards the demons general direction. Not all of them hit, about 30%, and the rest continue to spiral around the room in an amazing light show. Upon impact, the spheres erupt into what appear to be controled explosions, hovering in the air in a slowly expanding orb for about 6 seconds before dissapearing. The demon raises his arms in a defencive positon just before impact, but that is not enough to stop the barrage of magical energy. He is picked up and throws across the room by the wave. The other spheres hit minions and walls and anything else in their path and make the same explosions and knockback what remains. The demons magical shield is gone, and the soul saber flickers for a second in the demons grasp...kaluth knows this means the demon is severly injured....kaluth also knows that he cannot cast another spell like that....he falls to one knee.....

((demons usually have some kind of healing spell, one or two, but he is hurt and kaluth is out of the battle unless you want to do that power feed thing...I was fine with what I just did and leave it at that but its up to you.))

((ooc: Hey, i liked your last post. I was actually able to follow the action in it. Cool move with all the energy orbs and stuff. Sounds like something Vagetta would do in DBZ.

Sorry for missing some detail in your other post, but didn't i warn you about long posts? With all the special affects you were writing i lost sight of your main idea and only caught the part that you were charging up some spell. Completely looked over the part where you actually hit him or whatever.

And i already know my guy isn't powerful enough to fight the demon alone, didn't i make that clear? He's like dodging and running away and everything

And Dan, you're not in a position to talk about messed up plot lines. You've been gone for half a month and if memory serves me correctly, you messed up right before you left. And I'm not complaining too much about having a hard time incorporating my input, I'm complaining more about coordination

And I'd like to finish this scene before i leave for vacation if its possible. ))

*Kal is on one knee while the other heroes except for Will and Tanyu are fighting off the lowly demons in the background. Will and Tanyu approach the downed Demon*

Demon: (trying to get up; really pist; lying on the floor) "Damnit! Puny old bastard! How can a mere human knock me down?!"

Will: "Wow, nice job Kal"

Tanyu: "So Demon, what do you mean I killed your brother?"

Demon: (mocking laugh) "hurr hurr hurr. What, don't you remember the one that killed your family and master and then pillaged your home village?!"

Tanyu: "What!?"

Demon: "Hurr hurr hurr. Thats right, I'm the brother of the demon that killed them all!" (laughs) "I would have joined him, but i was busy pillaging another village. But then i heard a puny mortal got the best of him and found out it was you. And now fate has been nice enough to bring you here, right to my home so my brother can have his vengeance without me having to waste time looking for you"

Tanyu: "You bastard" (moves his sword into stabbing position)

Demon: "Hurr hurr, you think that'll hurt me? At first I was just going to kill you and let my little minions deal with the rest and not think much of them, but now that you've all pist me off you will all never leave here alive!!!!!!"

*The Demon (who apparently has gotten a second wind) gets up off the floor and he looks really pist (but the damage Kal did is still apparent)*

Tanyu: "Woa, he's still alive! Look out!"

((ooc: I could have killed him here in this post but I wasn't sure if you all would like that. Or i could modify my post and kill him now (via stabbing his head with swords). But now that I've gotten all the drama down, we can do whatever we want))

[Tassatul]

((My last post before I bounce for camping. . .Ill set the stage. Oh damn I completely forgot. I was hoping somebody would die so i could revive them with my limit break. Maybe Kaluth, Dan? Anywho, ill have to leave you all in charge of how it works, since I wont be around. ))

*Tassatul, seeing Kaluth drop to one knee, feels a surge of anger shoot through him. Even if he was a mean old dude, he meant a lot to Tass. calling his minons, he sends them after the demon while running toward Kaluth*

*The small demonite summons attack the demon lord, biteing and clawing at his skin. This time, however, the demon cannot hold them off nearly as easily*

That musta been one tough spell he used. . .the demons nearly spent!

Out loud he yells: 'Hurry, take him while hes distracted! My minions are cannon fodder!'

((Wait, are we gonna do the power feed or not? C'mon, I thought we'd discussed that Tass and I would do that. Maybe one of us can die, Kal or me or Tass, cause a minion stabs us while we;re still trying to kill the demon))

((tass cant die you chunk of bolony, he the one that has to ressurect the person. plus if someones gonna die, i thought it would be something big, not just a minion comes and stabs you in the chest. like something valiant, or cool or something. and not soemthing that happenes often either. plus dont you think tass should be here for something like that anyway? but hey, thats just what i think))

(We should get duel Techs like in Chronotrigger. That would be a cool 'finishing move'

Ok, here's what I'm gonna do. I'm gonna help finish three scenerios at once. My character will die so that Tass canr revive him, but in doing so, My character will not kill, but incapacitate the demon, leaving him wide open so Tanyu can get final vengaence on the demon that killed his village, and when the demon dies, we get the soul saber. Sound good?)

*Little undead demons crawl on the Baatezu trying to do whatever little damage they can. Will and Tanyu take Tassatul's advice and try to take advantage of the situation.*

*Both warriors run foward with swords drawn and yelling a battlecry. They both leap at him, ready to inflict the most damage possable. But just as they jump, the demon roars, and a massive, magical gust of gale force winds knocks back not only will and tanyu, but the majority of Tassatuls minor demons.*

*Tanyu and Will land with a thud and clanging of armor. The lesser demons fly like shrapnel.*

*The demon pants with exsaustion. And in bitter anger he screams*
"I WILL EAT ALL OF YOUR FLESH MYSELF!! ONLY ONE OF US CAN HAVE VENGANCE TODAY MORTAL, AND IT WILL BE ME!!"

*This enrages Tanyu. He gets up and runs foward, with his sword up and gives a battlecry that even scare his allies*
"No! Don't"
*Will tries to stop tanyu, but it's too late. Tanyu completly ignores will and centers all of his attention on the demon.*
"Damn it! Even if it's wounded, I don't think he can kill it alone! Especially if he's so mad!"
*Will grabs his sword lying next to him and gets up. He rushes forward and trys to help Tanyu, but he can't catch up.*

*Tanyu swings for the demon. The demon parries, then trys to land his own attack. Even though Tanyu parries the glowing blue blade, the sheer strength nealy crushes him. The the demon takes another swing. Tanyu blocks it, but the raw power sends him flying back a few feet.*

"And now, you DIE!"
*The demon takes a position to kill Tanyu. The demon laughs bellowingly, and takes his time, absorbing the tenion and drama in the air like a sponge*

Now's my chance!!

*The Demon goes to strike! Then- RRROOOAARRRR! He screams in pain, then falls to his knees. Will jammed his sword as far in to the demons left leg as it would go. Black blood runs down the demons mucular calf. He won't be standing any time soon.*

"F...Fool! You have sacrificed y-y-yourself for nothing!"
*Will's sword is stuck in the demons leg, so he can't block his next attack. And attack, incidently, that goes straight through his armor and impales Will through the stomach. Time seems to freeze for a moment as Will relizes what just happened.*

*But much to everyone's surprise, including the demon. Will pulls his sword out of the demon's leg.*

Demon: "What? Impossable!"
*With his other hand, Will grabs the blade which is impales though his stomach. The energy blade starts searing through his gloves with intense heat, but that's hardly whats bothering Will right now.*

*With the last of his strength, Will jams the sword into the demon's shoulder- rendering the demons sword arm useless. Will's own sword arm then falls limp, as the remaining strength drains from his body.*

*The demon drops the sword, which is the only thing holding will up. Will falls to the ground, and the blade disapears. The hilt of the sword rests ontop of the bloody wound.*

*The demon is kneeling on one knee. There is a bastard sword jutting out of his right shoulder. And Tanyu is standing right in front of him.*

(My character can be either dead or severly wounded. It is a stomach wound, so we can say that he's not dead yet and Palla brings him back with healing magic, or we can say he dies and Tassatul revives him.

And as for the demon, I'd say it's time we finish him off. ;D)

[Dr. Dan]

Kaluth stands, some of his energy has returned and he hopes its not too late. His eyes scan the scene laid out before him. He notices the Demon, and Tanyu, and the apparently dead Will laying just behind the Demon....but none of these things worry Kaluth nearly as much as what he sees next....


....a small rock falls from the ceiling with a clink and rolls, just a little, before stoping at Kaluths foot.....then another...and another.....and another.....


((after you kill the demon, let me handle the escape, and for those who dont know what on earth I just posted...the cave is collapsing, my spell distrupted its integrity a little too much, I was hoping that none of the other characters realized...))

*Jenneva watches the scene as she fends off the attacking minions*

"Go away!" she screeches, slicing another minion's head off.

*turns*

*Watches, horrified, as Will is impaled*

"NO!"

((she's pissed, if ya can't tell))

*dodges an attack as she runs over*

"Oh no...Tassatul! Get over here, NOW!"

((aw, tear))
