*Cobra falls to the ground and gasps. Then a split second later hes standing, and his Bastard sword ready and waiting. He stands out of the monster's range, waiting. Katt and Jenneva take up positions right behind him. An uneasy, silent tension settles in. Each side waits for the other to make a move.*

(Hey guys- How 'bout the three of us manage to kill this beast after a fight, and that raises Kal's (And possably Tass') interest in us... which prompts an invitation to follow you... see where I'm getting?)
Will, hissing under his breath, just so Jenneva, and katt can hear: "What are you doing!? Get behind me! You can't take this thing on!"
*Will gets a little frustrated. It's been a long time since he dealt with a newbie adventurer. But Before Jenneva has a chance to acknoladge him, he has a better idea then jeneva retreating back. Will motions to Katt to move foward. The two of them slowly move foward, take positions in front of Jenneva. Will then motions katt to come closer.*
*Will is a tactical genius. He always planned out him and Katts battle plans, and he has led other troops, too. He was just a natural at it: He could lead a very small number of troops to win against overwhelming odds.*
Will, to whispering to Katt: "Ok... uh... Wait for it to go attack first. I'll take it head on, drawing most of it's attention. Stay to my left, and when it attacks, go around and try to hit it's flank..."
*katt motions backwards to jenneva*
Katt: "What about her?"
Will: "Uhh..."
*Cobra keeps his eyes on the monster, but his face shifts from serious and determined to a little confused.*
"I uhh... never dealt with mages before. Um... well... they shoot, right?"
*Katt gives a shrug*
"Ok... uhhh.... treat her like an archer. Cover her if she comes under attack."
*All this time, the monster has been staring intently at the group, and Tass standing just behind.*

*sheathes her falchion* "If you insist upon putting me at the rear, then at least let me cast some shielding for you." *raises her hands, points them at Cobra and Katt* *mutters a spell for Protect* *a soft light surrounds the pair for a moment before dying down* "Okay, now we can all act suicidal  ," Jenneva gasps, out of breath. |

*Will makes a lunge at the beast to grab its attention while Katt runs around the back. He swings again, this time to try to do some damage, but only manages to nip the side of the monster*Katt: here, lemme try! *Katt runs up from behind the bear and stabs each of her bladed gloves into the sides of its back. this doesnt make the creature happy... the beast turns around and starts lumbering after Katt*Katt: Eeek! a little help here, Will! Will: no problem! *Will, obviosly used to saving katts butt, throws his full moon and makes a good sized gash up the monsters back. the beast, being as stupid as it is, turns around again and trys to attack will... again*Katt: we're just not doing enough damage! we have to.... *katt then remembers the protection spell that was cast* try something new.... Will! im doing something abosolutly crazy, just cover me! Will: What are you planing? Katt: dont worry, just distract him... and no human pyramids! *After the monster seems pretty well distracted, katt jumps up on its arm and starts making her way toward the things head*Will: Katt! what the hell are you doing? get down from there! *Katt ignores him and keeps hanging on. the beast starts flailing and scrathing, trying to get Katt off. the bear manages to get a good hit on Katts arm but the protection spell saves her from any mortal damage.**Katt then makes it up to the creatures shoulder. the creature stops trying to smack Katt with its claws, and starts trying to bite her*Katt: crap! Will: now what do you plan on doing? Katt: uhhh... *Katt then reaches to the back of her belt and pulls out a dagger and a small vile. the next time went to bite her, she stabbed the dagger onto the creatures tounge which made it roar and open its mouth real wide. this was katts chance... she shook up the vile real quick and shoved it down the creatures throat. this made the beast go into an even bigger frenzy, and it manages to knock katt off its shoulder and onto the ground behind it. glad to get katt off of it, he just starts attacking the closest target again, which is will*Will: what was that all about!?! you didnt accomplish anything! *The is heading for will, but about three giant steps before it reaches him it stops*Katt: ha! *everyone hears a small rumble, and then deep within the beasts chest there is a small explosion, bursting the beast from the inside out*Katt: heh, a half-pint bomb... can't do substantial to much of anything, but quite effective when used like that. owww, my arm... (ooc: i had a little extra time on my hands, so i decided to end this thing... with a bang  . sorry if its kinda long... and early)

um. Dont you think you should've let tassatul post? Um... well, if he dosn't mind this outcome, I don't either. However, it will be deleated if tassatul feels it isn't good. I mean, it was his fight too.

(ooc: I'm gonna wait to post..but just for future reference, the creature IS dead. So the bomb would hurt it but posion for example, wouldnt. I only bring that up cause I thought the vile was a vile of potion..it wasnt though so its ok. Oh and bughunter? when I post something just try to go along with it. When I said you were looking at me? Well you could have posted "yeah, I was looking at where I thought a stick broke, but I dont find anything suspitios so I ignore it" or something like that. Dont just say "No, I didnt" unless it was a HUGE mistake. A little trivial thing like that though...its nothing big so try and go along. I get the impression that you dont know where I am now at all, I was hoping that you did see me, I had a plan. But w/e.)

The beast takes a few lumbering steps....and then lets out an ear splitting roar.
THUD. It slams to the ground and a cloud of dust rises from under him.....the creature is not beaten yet however. Suddendly it rises and then takes 2 huge steps towards Cobra. It raises its claw and swipes with surprising ferocity. Cobra only has to duck to avoid the claw swipe, but the creatures momentum keeps surging foward....directly into and over cobra......
