I don't have Xenosaga- I have on the other hand- Xenogears, the first game released of the series on PS1 but the last in the story (either episode 4 or 5) and I loved the story, a mix between religion, mythology, psychology, magic, mecha and sci-fi...heck...I still have only understood so much of the plot...whew...that was the DEEPEST story i've ever played through, with so many connections (Biblical ones especially- which garnered it some interesting comments) that need to be understood...even in the names of the Gears (the mechs) to the names of the places. can i borrow it? |

What is so good about G4? I understand it's a gaming program, is that correct? I wouldn't really know, I prefer to watch X-Play on TechTv. I heard that there is going to be a merge between those two networks, is that true?  P.S-Sorry if this post makes me look like a real noob  , but I don't really know how to start off very well. I hope I'll see you guys later! This looks like a pretty good community, so I might stay here. |

Well, yes, G4 is a station all about gaming, not just a single show. They have many diferent shows. And yes, Tech Tv and G4 are merging, so mabe ou'll be hearing more about it soon ;D

What are you talkin about?! G4 is awesome! It is tv for gamers! A 24/7 channel dedicated to freakin gaming! The first channel ever about gaming! It has shows like Judgement Day which has standard reviewing of current games by big guys in the industry; Pulse which does news style reporting on current events in the industry; Filter which does ratings on games based on viewer voting like "Hottest game characters" or "Best sports games"; Arena which makes multiplayer games into a televised sport, pitting two teams of gamers face to face; Icons which reviews the history of major gaming icons like the beginnings of Final Fantasy or Nintendo or even why the Dreamcast died; Heck, its even playing the show Starcade, which is the very first arcade game show way back in the 80's. Whats great about that show is that it lets you see all the classic games from that time period in action and also the hairstyles. So how can you say G4 is no good! It is the hub for all gamers on your television! And as a gamer, i stand by it all the way  . G4 and gaming forever!!! |

It isn't a regular channel. Where we live, you can't get it unless you have digital cable. I've never had dish before, though, so I dunno how many channels and stuff you get with that.

I dont watch much tv, but occasionally Ill tune in to tech tv and g4. good stuff.
In other news, I picked up Tom Clancys Splinter Cell: Pandora Tomorrow and its pretty sweet already, if your into sneaking games. Its a bit hard to adjust to after playing MGS2 all week, but its going to turn out nice.

Well for me, and i have digital cable, G4 is on channel 138. Dude, call your local tv provider, this is a must have channel! ;D And what a coincidence, i have never watched Tech TV before. Why dont you enlighten me on what its all about. |
