This totally depends. Do the Genomes have support from Ocelot? From Psycho Mantis? Sniper Wolf? If so, then the Genomes win, like, by far. If not, then the Jusice legue would win.

The last winners were the Genomes. Who are they fighting?
For those that might not know, the Genomes are genetically engineered super-soldiers who have broken away from the government and decided to join a terrorist cell of FOXHOUND, with the help of Revolver Ocelot, Sniper Wolf, Psycho Mantis, Disguise Octopus, Vulcan Raven, and their leader, Liquid Snake.

Sauron uses the "power" of the one ring to kill them all. What is its power, by the way? All I've seen it do is turn people invisble and/or froggyish.
Sauron vs. Gandalf the Black(my version of Gandalf, he's a lich and uses the human rings of power.)
