Magneto definatly wins. I mean, sure, the jedi might have force powers, but magneto can control metal. Magneto would probably make, like, the jedi's lightsaber peirce through his own heart or something maniacal like that...

Well, lets see. I want to say magneto, since it takes a whole team of X-men to take him down... but Wolverine wouldn't go into a fight like that unless he really knew what he was doing.
