You can actually even form families once you get to a certain level. You pick a surname and it seems as if you can have other players be your kid or something. I'm not sure since it's only available to you once your level 13 or 15 (the 3 and 5 look way too similar). Neat idea though.

the 6 and the 5 looked almost exactly the same in Diablo 2. There was a few pixel difference though.
I'm guessing 15. Stuff always gets unlocked on multiples of 5. Kind of a weird feature... but ok.

I think what we need is a closly GM'd RPG. With someone with a plan already established, and a storyline that has a set way to go... etc.
Know what I'm saying? Like a D&D campaign.

I've been wanting to play D&D. But I like it for the character sheets. It's so much fun deciding what stuff to give your character and all of that. I'm such a dork. ;D

There's not really a watered-down version, but you're right, the SRD is a bit overwhelming. I don't know if this'll help, but here's a copy of the character creation summary page from the player's handbook:  You can use the D&D 3.5 template. |

Hmm, watered down version of the rules... I forgot not everyone plays D&D... No, we need to approach this differently. Just posting a page from the book won't do it.  If people are really interested in doing a d20 thing. I will make a guide. I've introduced plenty of people to it already... At first it looks like there are a lot of rules. But there's actually not. |
