AMV = Anime Music Video = complete waste of time
I only like watching the really great ones, like "Euphoria". The ones that suck (and yes there are countless) I like to use as furnace fuel.

Indeed. It's almost inmposible to find a good AMV. My friend has a few he claims are good, but they're all FMA ones, and I haven't seen FMA yet, but I want to, so it would be big spoilers.

I liked the manga. I read up to chapter 40 online, but the site hasn't updated at all so...oh well. I don't like the show though. It has taken everything that's cool in the manga, twisted it, and spread a big thick layer of gothy angst all over it. I mean it. The firestarter starts off one of the episodes all mopey and about to slit his wrists, and then the guy who is always going on and on about his daughter walks in (conveniently) and stops him.  |

Anyone planning on seeing A Scanner Darkly? I've heard good things, and its also based on a Philip K Dick novel, who rocks.
