Oh absolutly, the only reason I know this is because I used to be a bartender back in Jersey, for Perona Farms, Sake is definatly an aquaired taste, I like alot of the old man Alcohols, like wiskey, bourbon, scotch, but Sake is # 1 on my list, plum Wine comes second, its too sweet for me...
