That could never happen. Things that are cool never happen anymore...

It's true, you know.
For instance, I will never be born again. What more proof do you need?

I just learned something cool! Hopefully... There's a Prince of Persia: Sands of Time movie in the works! I hope it's good. I really hope it's good. I'll scream if it isn't, or if it is. So I'll scream regardless of it's quality. And I want to see it now, but it says it won't be out until 2009. Now I cry.

Just as long as they dont use the style that appeared in part 2. That one really sucked.

Sands of Time was the first one. The cartoony one. So I'm hoping it'll be the same style. Nevertheless, oh my god, if it ends up being a good movie it'll be a DAMN good movie because that game is amazing for real. It's too bad I took such a long break from it. I have to start it over. Those puzzles...wow. When you take a long break from Prince of Persia and it's puzzles, you can't just go back in and pick up whatever puzzle you were last on. It's impossible. You just go "Oh crap...how did I used to get by spinning blades of death?"

Anyone check out Assassin's Creed? Same makers of Prince of Persia. The main character moves like the Prince, but is 10 times more versatile. Its also insane how detailed they made the world. So many NPCs on screen. They really made these ancient cities come to life. Also, the backstory is also wickid. It turns out, You're really an average Joe bartender guy who's just curious about his ancestry and it turns out his great great great great great great grandfather was this kickass assassin! And the screen you're looking through is actually the computer screen of the program that recreates visions of the past by analysing memories stored in your DNA. One of the most innovative and unique story concepts I've ever seen. So just like how in Prince of Persia, death was only a mistake in the Prince's retelling of his story to Farah, The program shuts down if you deviate too much from actual past events. So if you start killing every civilian in sight, that's a no no. It's definitely great from what I've seen.

That seems like a spoiler to me. Now I'm bummed. I thought it'd be cooler than that.

really? You're just gonna dash off what I said just like that, huh. I really appreciate that, thank you. And its not a spoiler, foo', that's what the story is. It's called research.

All of the pictures make it look like a totally medieval game. You just went and said that it's really not though. You just said you're some normal dude who somehow uses a machine to let him be his ancestor. So it's really not a medieval game then. It's more of a science fiction game from what you say. So, yeah, I'd call that a spoiler.
And I don't research storylines. I usually don't research games much at all. And, in fact, every game that I've ever bought thinking it would be awesome from screenshots and the story synopsis on EBgames' website alone have been totally awesome, or at least for me anyway so it's no big deal that I don't research stories.
And anyway, research stories leads to spoilers like this anyway. I read the article on Brutal Legend and even that gave away more than I wished it had, even though I salivate at the thought of possibly maybe hopefully owning that game someday.
