Nackie, yeah.
I thought I was the only one who remembered such things! I mean knowing how to spell it aside, I'm surprised anyone remembers that kind of stuff.

Dear Sir or Madam: Happy/Merry/Enjoyable [insert holiday, celebration, of festival here]! May the deity and/or red-suited obese man of your choice shower blessings, gifts, and tchotchkes upon you.

My christmas was pretty good. Only two people came over for dinner (one of them was our neighbor), but the other was my brother and I haven't seen him since I was in 4th grade, and it was awesome seeing him again.

I read in some magazine that eating less can actually expand your lifespan. Of course, you still need to get your daily vitamins/nutrients/etc, but if you can drop to like 1500 calories, its suppose to be very good for you.

My average meal is probably somewhere around that much... (well, not really, but still.)

I try to keep in mind that 3500 calories equals 1 pound, so i try to stay under that. But fast food destroys that idea.

Seriously. 1500 calories is like, what, a Big Mac and a half? A day? I could go with about 4 of those and still be pretty hungry. Excepting, of course, if my stomach didn't mutiny.

i can only eat wendy's fast food anymore, their chicken is so delicious. its actually the healthiest of the fast foods out there. i probably dont eat much more than 1500 calories a day, though, now that i think about it. but thats mostly because i hate buying food and im off of the meal plan
