Katt: thses building are so tiny... even compared to Blithedale... and thats one of the smallest backwater towns in the entire west... well what ever works, i guess...
*Katts just standing there amused by the little eastern buildings, talking to whoevers listening, which is, very possibly, no one at all.*

Tass: "This is great and all, but shouldnt we be moving on? Theres not much more we can do here" Tanyu: "Not much more we can do here? We can help these people clean up the place a bit can't we" Blacksmith: "We would be forever grateful" Tanyu: "Besides, I need more supplies and my weapons need fixing. And I'm dead tired..." Blacksmith: "Oh i can help you with your weapons. I can make them better than they were before! And our Potion Shop should still be stocked. Our local alchemist can give you something to heal your wounds. And considering half our populace is gone, the Inn should be pretty vacant . But first things first, could you help me clear this street of bodies? We've begun burying, or reburying them in the cemetary near this church" Tanyu: "No problem" *Tanyu joins the Blacksmith in clearing the street*((ooc: Hey Chronos, dont forget that Fighter was at one point helping these people before))

*katt notices all of the people busy rebuiling the town*
Katt: this looks like work that requires a strong back... strength never was my best quality. i guess ill just sit and wait till im needed somewhere
*katt sits under a tree in the square, tinkering with whatever gadget that needs tinkering and watching the hustle and bustle of the town people.*
Katt: no wonder those building are in such bad shape, they're not even using screws...

((Yeah I know. And I want an answer about the Sabre. Is anyone planning to wield it?))
*Fighter is inside a house talking to one of the townsfolk. The Townie is busy repairing a wall , but Fighter talks to him anyway. Most of his conversation involves how cool and shiny swords are, with a bit of other weaponry thrown in.
The guy Fighter's talking to is getting very annoyed, very fast. He's trying to repair the wall and bang his head on it at the same time. He starts talking to himself to drown out Fighter, but he keeps on talking and talking.
Soon later, Fighter gets thrown out of the house into the street, plain for everyone to see. He is closely followed by the guy who screams "JUST SHUT YOUR DAMN MOUTH!!"*
*Fighter slowly gets up, dusts himself off, then walks over to the closest person in the party: Jenneva* "So, uh, what're we doin now?"

((It was gonna be a group thing, Chronos. Sometomes ones of us would have it, othertimes sombody else gets to have it. Im sure we could get it to Fighter somehow if youve got some storyline worked out))
"Screws? Whats a screw?" asks Tass, bewildered.
*Tass is helping random people where he can. He thinks about raising some of the bodies to help with the work, then decides not*
Just what these people need, another dude who can raise the dead. . .

((lol, i know the town was just attcked, but iwas kinda figuring that they would be in "bad shape" anyway compared to what Katt and Will are used to seeing in the west. i was figuring they were using nails, not like glue or anything. katts just amused by the east is all.))
Katt: haha, whats a screw... funny.
*katt just gets back to her work, which is currently a small attachment for her goggles that will hopefully one day let her see in the dark. but progress is slow for obvios reasons. before long one of the little kids notices the strange (to them at least) tool Katt's using and stands by watching her work a little*

*Tanyu is in the cemetary helping bury the dead. Its a bit of a grievous site. Some of the other people are crying or praying over the fallen. There's a priest there too, doing short funeral ceremonies. There isn't enough time to do anything fancy for all of the graves so he does his processions quickly. The people thank him for his blessings anyway*
Blacksmith: (wiping his forehead) "Well thats the last of that batch of bodies. Its a shame, I new this man very well... sigh" (sits down on a rock)
Tanyu: (joins the Blacksmith in sitting down and sets down his shovel) "I've gone through this before. Too bad we couldn't save these guys" (Pulls out his prayer beads and claps his hands together to begin a prayer)
Blacksmith: "You religious?"
Tanyu: "I try to be..."
Blacksmith: "Yea, me too..." (joins Tanyu in praying for the dead)

*looks at Fighter*
"The rest of the group is helping these," *waves her hand in the direction of the town* ,"people get their lives back together."
*shakes her head*
"I wish we knew more about this sword before everyone went around touching it. I mean, what if the demon did bespell it and we brought more evil to this town? You know, as pessimistic as I am toward this thing, I really want to check it out."
*walks over to Katt and retrieves the Saber*
((I'm pretty sure she was the last one to have it, right?))
*returns to Fighter*
"You want to try this out?"
*The Sabre, which was wrapped in a cloth to protect it ((anyone mind?)), springs to life in Jenneva's hands*
Oh no, what have I done? Well, maybe this isn't so bad. It happened to everyone else, right?
*The hilt glimmers and becomes a pale silver color, almost blue actually. The blade extends, and misty purple color. The blade itself is almost like the sword Jenneva carries with her at the moment, a long katana except the Saber is longer with a slight bit more curve*
"Oh my goodness. It doesn't seem to be emitting any evil. Maybe the others were right and it is just a sword."
*examines the blade while Fighter looks on, anxious for his turn*

((Backing up a little, to explain some things:
Katt has an interest in the east. both me and katt have spent our entire lives in the west. Buildings are made of metal, not wood, hence katt's interest in the lack of screws. Accordingly, western tools are more advance, because they deal with more technological devices.
Now, the west isn't like, furturistic technology or anything. They are not even up to present day standards. Buildings are larger, but not sky scrapers. Streets are paved, but there are no cars. There are very clunky land vehicles, but these are rare. Electricity does exist (like Will's lightning Rifle), but it's primitive, and only the rich really use it. Also, normal towns are much larger in the west then in the east.
That was just to explain some of katt's fasination with the east.))
*Will hears the hussle and bussle of the work being done outside. He is alone, in the church, upstairs. He is working through his books, searching for information that might relate to the new sword the've found. He also updates some of his notes on demons, and undead. He also makes personal entries in to his journal.
He's so busy to himself he forgets about everything that's going on around him, with all the reconstruction. As usual, he's absorbed in his works. He sits quietly.*

*Tass continues to wonder what magical properties screws might have as he carries around some boxes and such for people. He also wonders about his ressurection of Will*
I wonder. . .did Kaluth know of my potential? How did I manage such a thing, anyways? Its not been part of my training, or anyones for that matter. Complete ressurection is supposed to be nearly impossible these days. Ever since the Ancients died out. . .
*Tass's mind continues to wander aimlessly*

*hands the Saber over to Fighter* "Have fun, but be careful of that thing. Anyone asks, I'm walking with Neko." *ambles off with Neko trailing behind her* *stops in front of a large house, perhaps a community building, not the church* *spots an important looking man* Well, it isn't like I would have been able to use it anyway."Excuse me, sir? I'd like your village to have this." *after putting a good amount of coins into her backpack, Jenneva unhooks the two saddlebags and places them on the ground at the man's feet* "Perhaps this gold could assist you in rebuilding your town, after the tragedy it has been through." Man- "Thank you. This is a generous gesture." *nods* "I hope you can put it to good use." *Now relieved of a small fortune (( )), Jenneva and Neko continue wandering and come upon a group of children. The children find Neko entertaining and take turns riding them while Jenneva leads him by the reigns.*

The sword changes form and color depending on who is holding it. When Tassatul held the blade, it was a curved sythe. However, more peculier, was that it was orange. I've noticed this is the general color of his necromancy. Is there some coralation? My blade was a deep, light blue. My eyes are blue... other then that, I cannot think of any other corelation.
The hil extanded when I held it, adjusting for the width and lengt of the blade. Even though it is weightless, I must admit, a lard sword like that would be dificult to use with one hand. It's too long.
The blade it's self is energy, yet it behaves in some ways as solid matter. It is odd. When we fought the demon, I grabed the blade with my hand. It seemed to have friction. It was extremly hot, however. It began to singe my gloves, and I could feel the heat coming through. However, being in the proximity of the blade, even very close to it, I cannot feel any abnormal amount of heat. It seems that it does not radiate heat, but can transfer it though contact somehow.
When I slashed te tree, it went through without effort. Similarly, the sword punctured my armor with relative ease. However, the sword could be parried by Tanyu's seemingly normal weapons. And, I could touch the blade with my hand without it cutting me. I think it may have something to do with the amount of force put behind the sword. That is my only guess...
*He pauses for a moment, remebering when he was impaled upon the blade. He was too absorbed in his emotions at the time to remeber vivid details, which is unfortunate... How it felt must tell at least a little about the blade*
*he laughs quietly to himself*
*Ha, look at you! You care more about learning about this sword then the fact you actually got killed! Again...*

Child- Hey, miss, would you and your friends like to visit my mamma's house for dinner? Child 2- Ya! Mamma would like to thank you for all the help you gave us. *Jenneva looks sideways at teh kid* I didn't do much, but...food is always good. Our rations aren't that tasty, and no one knows how to cook a rabbit. "Sure; let's go round up my friends and ask them."

*Fighter never actually holds the Soul Sabre. After Jenneva hands him the hilt in the cloth, he looks at it, trying to figure out what it is.
He runs up to Katt, who is now the closest after Jenneva walked away.* "Hey, um, this sword here that she *points to Jenneva* gave me? Yeah, well there isn't a sword... in the hilt."
