only cause its easy to get out....thats what I was getting at...a place where its not easy to just walk away....you make it sound like I'm such a bad person with your little "yeah that would be fun, not."
You dont have to be a jerk about it you know, I was only sharing my point of view. I can be just as mean as you, so stop.

dan i'm sorry, i din't mean to be ... mean. just that i don't like the idea of being in a jungle or in the arctic, code veronica takes pace in the arctic and that part of the game is stupid. its not gonna be easy to just walk out of the city.

Well, personally, i think it would be easy to just walk out of a city. I mean, unless there are thousands of zombies, huge walls surrounding the perimeter, its would seem pretty easy to get out. In the real world anyway. In a game, theres lots less freedom, so it would be hard to escape. I would have to say Dan's artic idea would work best, but its not my own RPG.

how the hell would we fit everyone in it, it wouldn't have enough zombies, cause no one would live in a city in the arctic, therefore no people, no zombies.

Ok, this is an interesting dilemma.
I, personally, am opposed to the idea of a city in an extreme environment. Although, I do agree that, in real life, it would be easy to leave a town, unlike the games.
How about this then. It is a large city. A newyork sized city. We have to go in to a mansion/lab thing, find there is no cur, come back out, then we try to leave. Just before we get away though, a fire erupts; efectivly blocking off this side of the city. So, we have to get across the entire city, on foot, which would take a long time by itself. but not only that, we hae to avoid zombies and other monsters, PLUS various blockage in the roads force us to take alternate routes. see what I'm saying? We have to go through the whole city before we leave.

now that i like, big city lots of people= lots of peole to be zombies.
i still wanna be a gas station mechanic with an old army truck(that works, not for the whole rpg, only for a little bit.)

Maybe, like veronica, when we leave the city we head to a military research outpost out in the desert/arctic tundra/jungle. Hey, fi we go to the jungle, there could be like, zombie panthers, and plant monsters, and kill parrots and stuff.

now thats cool, we start off in the city and end upin a jungle(or arctic anywhere is fine), now we have everything everyone wants.
so you guys don't mind if i have a working truck, its nothing fancy, just and old army truck. seriously if you do want me to have a working truck i won't.

That seems to work. Ford, your truck is fine with me. You said it breaks down or something only a little while into the RPG right? So its not a big problem. I dunno what im gonna be. Maybe just a teenager who works at the local McBurger Emperor ;D

do you want fries with that?
you i'm gonna wreck it to save someone i hope, like a big monster has someone cornered in the street and i save them by plowing into the monster. plus i can't get to my truck right in the beginning anyway, i'm gonna hold up in the garage at the gas station cause my gun is in my truck and theres to many zombies outside to fight off with just tools.

My guy is traveling around. You know, just out seeing the world, and he come to this city by chance. He's ambushed and his vehicle (Perhaps motorcycle) is ruined.

that happens to a family in night of the living dead, zombies flip their car over. but how would zombies destroy your motorcycle and not hurt you.

Yea, i watched that classic movie. See, even though the story took place only in a small house, they couldn't leave easily. So obviously a city would really be a pain to get out of.
And Dan, what the heck are you talkin about. Haven't you ever played RE2?! That's the setting i want at least. You know how in RE2 the protagonists entered the city with vehicles right? Yet they couldn't get out easily. They were all cut off of any way to get out and they had a hard time. And trying to get out of a city on foot is really tough.

yeah RE2 is cool,, one guy has a working jeep but he gets cut off fro mit, and the chick has a motorcycle and she gets cut off from that too. they find a parked police car and take that but it get wrecked then they have no working vehicles.
the classic night of the living dead is ok, but i like the reamke, its in color and the ending is better.they couldn't escape getting out of a house, they had a truck but no gas, there was a gas pump outside but it was locked and no one could find the keys.
so if a house is hard to get out of then a city would be super hard, like RE2 and RE3.
