i never really got into .hack. it was too weird for me. but i guess i never really gave it a chance, i saw maybe one episode in the middle of the series which i didnt catch at all. it does look kinda neat, but not really my thing.

Dunno the storyline, but the show is very weird, and very confusing. Even ignoring that, assuming it is only because I have missed episodes, I don't like the overall style and feel of the show. Plus everyone has the funky anime tatoos...

Yeah, I like the idea of a show that takes place IN a game, but I think that .Hack didn't do a good job.
Like old an Enix game: Great idea, poor exicution.

What are you talkin about, .Hack is doing a great job. I tell ya one thing, its the best anime in a game world. Beats the crap out of "Yugioh", that anime about the game where you battle with spinning tops, or "Megaman Net whatever". But anyway, on to other subjects - Did you guys see last nights episode of Blue Gender?! It was all about continuing the species, if you know what i mean, uh huh  . But you gotta love those virtual training simulations those dudes use, booya ;D |

Um... I dunno what you mean about blue gender. I didn't have my full attention devoted to it, however, as I was trying to get a faulty program to work on my computer, from around 9:00 up untill 12:44...
Was it the one where they had to put a bomb in the big hive?
Did you see that one episode... where.... what was her name... alicia? When she kept touching marlene? What was up with that?

Oh yea, that episode where they put the bomb in the hive, that was an awesome episode. That Yugi guy is actually becoming a warrior now. You know those Blue are all like Ultralisk. And the new model mechs kick ass and they have blades  and that alicia such a little stuck up whore. And she was delicious ;D But no, i was talking about the episode before the one where they planted the bomb in the hive. It was like the whole station had a break or something and all the personel were having sex |

OOOOOOOOOOOHHHHHHHHHHHH YYYYYYYYEAHHHHHHHHH I remeber that one. That guy was hitting on marlene, and alicia took Yuji up to watch the sunrise from space (More importantly, to be alone), and they walked in on those two people doing it... yeah, I remeber that one now  Never saw that comeing, let me tell you. I mean, the show is really gory, but who knew? |

That Yugi guy is actually becoming a warrior now. Actually, a few espisodes ago they find out B-cells are taking over Yugi body, and he becoming a new form of Blue. I did not expect that to happen! |

MMORPG = Massively Multiplayer Online Role Playing Game Yea, that episode where they explained whats going on with Yugi and the other sleepers was crazy, lol. But i missed the last two episodes... *sob*. I tried to stay up to watch them, but i end up falling asleep and my alarm clock fails to wake me up in time...  Oh hey, they restarted .Hack//Sign. I guess its a good thing... at least i get to see it from the beginning  . Its going to be a looong time to get to where they once were, though . Maybe I'll get to understand it even more now, yay  |

lol, i want to read the FLCL manga. i dont read mangas often at all. actully, ive only ever read one, and that was a cowboy bebop one. but comics on the other hand, lol ugh, subtitles... i do not like subtitles. |

I don't mind subtitles. But believe it or not, some anime is better dubbed. Cowboy Bebop and Trigun are two examples.
In Cowboy BeBop, little content is actually lost in the dubbed version. Maybe a scene here and there. But the voice acting, in my oppinion, is way better. The expresions are better, the voices better fit the characters, and it sounds higher quality.
In Trigun, well, I don't have much experience between dubbed an subbed. however, unless you understand japanese, the dubbed version is better. The way they talk, their expressions, and the timeing they say things is half the humor. The way vash yells, "Oh crap!" When he's being chased, or the way he calmly says "No biggie..." when people are apologizing for taking him hostage... it's just the way they talk ;D
