I think conventions are boring. The only convention I'd really enjoy is E3, but only becuase you get to actually PLAY stuff BEFORE it comes out. You can;t do stuff like that in other places.

some conventions i'd really like to go to- especially to get signed on the spot drawings, my friend that I spoke of actually got to shake Yoko Kanno's hand...damn...the hand of the genius behind the Bebop music...
you also get free copies of mangas and special dvds there, not to mention loads of free paraphanelia...(sp?)
