I try to refrain from piracy. But I for one do not uphold it. Too bad i can't say the same for my bro...  Bottom line - just freakin support the movie industries and give up the cash. And if you dont have the cash, then get a job. And if you can't get a job, then you're screwed. |

eh, piracy is done on such a small scale that it dosnt hurt anybody...in fact in a way it helps advertise games and company brands, even singers.
as far as trigun and cowboy bepop you have to opinions francis?

Wrong, danm very very wrong. Every since napster came out, and subsequently, Kazaa, the music industry on a whole has lost 20% percent of its money and is continuing to decline.
Movies haven't been hurt so bad... yet. But its slwoly getting worse and worse. It won't be long before they are in the same boat.
And for those of you who don't know, in business terms, 20% is a LOT, especially for an entire industry. Billions of dollars.
I never pirate movies, ever. I never pirate entire soundtracks, only a couple songs per artist. I only pirate old games.

Don't you have a couple hundred songs on your computer?  I personally haven't pirated anything (because my computer just can't), but I admit to encouraging it, even asking people for those things. I know these things are bad and illegal, but I personally cannot see the bad parts of it, even knowing that it's costing others money. |

Its difficult to pirate movies now...that might be why.
as far as music? If I get a bunch of songs that I really like from an artist, I go buy their cd...
but yeah I see what your saying, but just because you only do it a little donst make you any better than anybody else will. You are just as guilty. You have way more songs than I do...

Yeah, heather has a habit of contridicting herself (or... she is always contradicting herself)...
And, CASS's collection is huge. Mine is about 30 songs, from about 14 or so artists.

Now I know why BugHunter said hypocrite. no you dont, what I just said had nothing to do with why he said that... he said it because I have a demo disk of stuff he wants me to play (that I lost) and I've had it for years and havent played it and I said the same thing about you not watching trigun so I cant say anything like that to you cause I'm being hypocritical cause I lost his cd. ugh. |

Speaking of pirated music, I can't find any music from a particular game that I REALLY want. They never made a soundtrack to the game, so the only way to get the music is to rip it. As such, you don't find it much on the internet... there were NO files on WinMX or Kazaa, and I've been trying google for ever and ever... anyway, I really want the music from Extreme G. even just a couple of songs would be nice...  |
