What?
Will your nutz.
Post or what? You kill us? or even worse -- ban us? and then we CANT post. Yeah right, just dont even think about doing that or I wont come back just to spite that rule.
I have a lot of stuff to do, and you all know I come on the board in bursts, not here for a week or two and then I'm all over it again. Thats now I am now and thats proally how I will always be, so dont complain any more.

I told you, no need for displinary action. Just say something like... "Could you please post by (Blank time)" or something? Just to get everything rolling again. We could start naming whos turn it is next to post in the RPG. Something. Anything. I just want to get everything started again.

Look if your gonna do that, its gonna be a hella lot more work for somebody else to keep track of who has to post by when, and send them notifications, and heavan knows YOU arent gonna do it will, so that leaves cass, who I'm sure has better things to do than follow through with your diciplinary ideas...but its up to you.

No one has to keep track.
Dan you are totally missing the idea.
Look, after every RPG post we would say something like "Tassatul, you post next". And when Tassatul Posts he would say "Bughunter or Cobra, you post next", or something like that. If its narrowed down, people might be more likely to post.

Maybe we could even have an order. . .altho now that i think of it, it might be to 'orderly' But have it so everyone posts in a certain order like Cobra-Tass-BugHunter-Palla and it just keeps rotating in that way. If someone wants to post extra, they can.

HERE IT IS!! THE DISCUSSION THREAD FOR NEW RPG"S!!!!!!!! CAN IT GET ANY MORE OBVIOUS!!!!!!!!!
DO NOT CREATE A THREAD TO TALK ABOUT A POTENTIAL RPG -- POST IT HERE TO AVOID THE "RPG" BOARD AS A WHOLE FROM BEING SPLIT UP INTO TWO PAGES!!!!!!!!

DO NOT CREATE A THREAD TO TALK ABOUT A POTENTIAL RPG -- POST IT HERE TO AVOID THE "RPG" BOARD AS A WHOLE FROM BEING SPLIT UP INTO TWO PAGES!!!!!!!!
I would like to emphasise that I am not bashing any new rpg ideas, I am simply directing people to discuss them in THIS THREAD to avoid an overcrowd of threads. Do not get angry at me and say that I am being mean or that I am always trying to frighten newbies away or that I'm bias against new rpg's......cause I'm not. I am simply annoyed at the fact that people create rpg threads and they sit and take up space. It is a waste of bandwidth.

Would anyone be interested in an RP of World War 2, Operation Iraqi Freedom, or any other wars? The RPs would take place in one portion of the war, so that people interact with eachother. There would be 2-4 teams, each with a specific objective and time limit (Say, 30 posts) and to keep people from just RPing all the way, the would be a word limit per post of say, 250. If you failed to complete your objective, you might lose, or be given an alternative objective.
Jobs:
Lieutenant - Give orders Staff Sergeant - Relay orders Private - Perform Orders Millitary Police - Make sure everyone on your side follows orders
Chain of Command
Lieutenant (LT.) Millitary Police (MP) Staff Sergeant (SGT.) Private (PVT)
Sub-Jobs: (Say, if theres only privates or whatever left, the person with the sub-job is the leader of them. And the person with the sub-job is responsible for everyone with their job. A corporal is responsible for all the privates, etc.)
Millitary Police Sub-Job = Soldier Inspector (SI)
Staff Sergeant Sub-Job = Drill Instructor (SSGT.)
Private Sub-Job = Corporal (CPL.)

what was that one conflict in Black Hawk Down? (great movie btw) that seems prime for RPG plundering. short conflict, simple and definite goals, chaotic battle and minimal casualties. only problem:all the troops, unless I missed something, were American. so you wouldn't have all the different nations and armies like you would in a WW2 based game.
