And anyway, my guess is the best game schooling is in Japan anyhow, so no school over here could truly teach everything video gaming has to offer, and more. Well, we do have Digipen over in Washington state. That's where I'm applying next year. They seem to have a pretty good handle on gaming education.

Its not a matter of money. They make everyone who is a gamer look stupid. I can't see how any gamer could stand for that. But onto other news.
Soo.... how bout that local sports team..?

Because I hate football, ok? People get so absorbed in it. I hated it so badly when I was a kid because the moment football season started, it felt like my dad was inaccessible because of the games on TV. I hated it so badly, but I would try to sit and watch it with him just so I could do something with him, but I was a little kid and didn't understand the game, and how he explained the game never helped me figure it out either. Football season has just been one of those things that puts me in a foul mood ever since childhood. I mean, schedules are actually formed around the games. I could ask my mom to go to the mall just me and her and no one else and just talk and bond and stuff, and I swear she would still say "All right, but we have to be quick about it because the first game comes on in an hour." I just can't stand football and please Will, please stop questioning my opinion on it. Thank you.

Hate the people, not the game. Football doesnt make people do that stuff. . . they do.

I could hate the people or I could go the "nip it in the bud" route and hate the thing that makes people that way. Blaming a person's decisions/lack thereof is so last century. This is the new millenium. Nothing is anyone's fault anymore, yes, even you! (Sounds like a lawyer commercial...)

Your board needs a map, so that'll happen less.

Hey, at least the half-time show was actually great. Although I'm not a big fan of the artist formerly known as Prince, he really kicked arse and rocked out the stadium! His guitar work was solid and with all the lights, fireworks, rain, it was an awesome show. He even did one of my favorite songs from the Foo Fighters, "The Best of You". I love rock, good stuff.

Didn't watch any of it. I was playing Oblivion and also Kingdom Hearts during the super bowl.
I want to see an artist light their guitar on fire. We need some rock stars who are willing to repeat badass stunts like that. Hold a burning guitar over their head, ride on an inflatable phallus, get caught on fire by getting too close to the place where the fire balls shoot out of the stage, using instrument accessories on the wrong instruments, biting things. Okay maybe not the biting, but the burning guitar would be sweeeeet. Points for anyone who can name each band or person who did each of those. ;D

No, in fact, I'm proud I can't name who's done any of those thing I saw the prince thing, but, I couldn't stop looking at the thing on his head... He's a silly man, turning his name into a symbol. At any rate, I was surprised. He looked kinda like Elvis. Rock is a cool thing, it should come back.
