I don't like feminists, either, but big surprise there I'm not saying girls should always be at home or anything like that- don't get me wrong, I'm all for equal rights- but girls shouldn't try to be men, haha...

Reminds me of a discussion smeone had with a woman for equal rights.
"We should have equal rights!" Lady "I agree" Man "We shouldn't get drafted though," "Yes you should. Rights come with responsobillities." "But who will make the babies?!" "Well you know what? If you do want the responsobillities, you just stay home and make babies!" "But-"

Friedrich Nietzsche:
Battle not with monsters lest ye become a monster and if you gaze into the abyss the abyss gazes into you.
Hannah Arendt:
What makes it so plausible to assume that hypocrisy is the vice of vices is that integrity can indeed exist under the cover of all other vices except this one. Only crime and the criminal, it is true, confront us with the perplexity of radical evil; but only the hypocrite is really rotten to the core.
Henry Brooks Adam:
It is always good men who do the most harm in the world.
Mae West:
When choosing between two evils, I always like to try the one I've never tried before.
Mary Wollstonecraft:
No man chooses evil because it is evil; he only mistakes it for happiness, the good he seeks.
Soren Kierkegaard:
Since boredom advances and boredom is the root of all evil, no wonder, then, that the world goes backwards, that evil spreads. This can be traced back to the very beginning of the world. The gods were bored; therefore they created human beings.
Unknown:
In this world everything changes except good deeds and bad deeds; these follow you as the shadow follows the body.

There is hardly a man clever enough to recognize the full extent of the evil he does. -Francois De La Rochefoucauld
Evil is always possible. Goodness is a difficulty. -Anne Rice

Freedom is an elusive concept. Some men hold themselves prisoner even when they have the power to do as they please and go where they choose, while others are free in their hearts, even as shackles restrain them. --Zensunni Wisdom from the Wandering

I like that quote man.
Ignorance is not bliss - it is oblivion -Philip Wylie
I maybe here for a shortwhile, gone tomorrow into oblivion or until the days come to take me away. But, in whatever part you play, be remembered as part of a legacy...of sharing dreams and changing humanity for the better. It's that legacy that never dies -Unknown
Housework is a treadmill from futility to oblivion with stop-offs at tedium and counter productivity. -Erma Bombeck
A book is a fragile creature, it suffers the wear of time, it fears rodents, the elements and clumsy hands. so the librarian protects the books not only against mankind but also against nature and devotes his life to this war with the forces of oblivion. -Umberto Eco
We were a silent, hidden thought in the folds of oblivion, and we have become a voice that causes the heavens to tremble. -Kahlil Gibran

Tom Clancy is one of my favorite authors, here's a few quotes from him.
Back in pre-Revolutionary America "cruel and unusual punishment" meant the rack and burning at the stake... in more recent rulings it has been taken to mean the absence of cable television and denial of sex-change operations, or just overcrowding in the prisons.
I've made up stuff that's turned out to be real, that's the spooky part.
Man is a creature of hope and invention, both of which belie the idea that things cannot be changed.
The difference between fiction and reality? Fiction has to make sense.
There are two kinds of people: the ones who need to be told and the ones who figure it out all by themselves.
Nothing is as real as a dream. The world can change around you, but your dream will not. Responsibilities need not erase it. Duties need not obscure it. Because the dream is within you, no one can take it away.

Blackened is the end Winter it will send Throwing all you see Into obscurity
Death of mother earth Never a rebirth Evolution’s end Never will it mend
Never
Fire To begin whipping dance of the dead Blackened is the end To begin whipping dance of the dead Color our world blackened
Bustering of earth Terminate it’s worth Deadly nicotine Kills what might have been
Callous frigid chill Nothing left to kill Never seen before Breathing nevermore
Never
Fire To begin whipping dance of the dead Blackened is the end To begin whipping dance of the dead Color our world blackened
Blackened
Opposition...contradiction...premonition...compromise Agitation...violation...mutilation...planet dies Darkest color Blistered earth True death of life Termination....expiration...cancellation...human race Expectation...liberation...population...lay to waste See our mother Put to death See our mother die
Smouldering decay Take her breath away Millions of our years In minutes disappears
Darkening in vain Decadence remains All is said and done Never is the sun
Never
Fire To begin whipping dance of the dead Blackened is the end To begin whipping dance of the dead Fire Is the outcome of hypocrisy Darkest potency In the exit of humanity Color our world blackened
Blackened
Blackened by my favorite band
Life it seems, will fade away Drifting further every day Getting lost within myself Nothing matters no one else I have lost the will to live Simply nothing more to give There is nothing more for me Need the end to set me free
Things are not what they used to be Missing one inside of me Deathly lost, this can’t be real Cannot stand this hell I feel Emptiness is filling me To the point of agony Growing darkness taking dawn I was me, but now he’s gone
No one but me can save myself, but it’s too late Now I can’t think, think why I should even try
Yesterday seems as though it never existed Death greets me warm, now I will just say good-bye
Fade to Black by the same
I can’t remember anything Can’t tell if this is true or dream Deep down inside I feel to scream This terrible silence stops me
Now that the war is through with me I’m waking up I can not see That there is not much left of me Nothing is real but pain now
Hold my breath as I wish for death Oh please god, wake me
Back in the womb it’s much too real In pumps life that I must feel But can’t look forward to reveal Look to the time when I’ll live
Fed through the tube that sticks in me Just like a wartime novelty Tied to machines that make me be Cut this life off from me
Hold my breath as I wish for death Oh please god, wake me Now the world is gone I’m just one Oh god, help me hold my breath as I wish for death Oh please God help me
Darkness imprisoning me All that I see Absolute horror I cannot live I cannot die Trapped in myself Body my holding cell
Landmine has taken my sight Taken my speech Taken my hearing Taken my arms Taken my legs Taken my soul Left me with life in hell
That would be One.

Disposable Heroes
Bodies fill the fields I see, hungry heroes end No one to play soldier now, no one to pretend running blind through killing fields, bred to kill them all Victim of what said should be a servant `til I fall
[Chorus:] Soldier boy, made of clay now an empty shell twenty one, only son but he served us well Bred to kill, not to care just do as we say finished here, Greeting Death he's yours to take away
Back to the front you will do what I say, when I say Back to the front you will die when I say, you must die Back to the front you coward you servant you blindman [End Chorus]
Barking of machinegun fire, does nothing to me now sounding of the clock that ticks, get used to it somehow More a man, more stripes you bare, glory seeker trends bodies fill the fields I see the slaughter never ends
[Chorus]
Why, Am I dying? Kill, have no fear Lie, live off lying Hell, Hell is here
I was born for dying
Life planned out before my birth, nothing could I say had no chance to see myself, molded day by day Looking back I realize, nothing have I done left to die with only friend Alone I clench my gun
[Chorus]
Back to the front.
It just kind of goes along with One (see above post)
