I think the chick on the scooter chopped his head off and for awhile he was dead. That is until his son found his dried up corpse and rehydrated it in the tub. Or something...
Sometimes i question if that lady is good or bad. There are times where she is really bad, hehe. Isn't she like 20? And she's like hitting on a boy that isn't even in highschool. That would make him 11 or 12 right?

It also explains a lot of things in that last episode, Like why there a robots coming out of his head... well... sorta.
Here is what I think is going on so far...
That moped lady uses the power genorated by brainwaves to create teleportals. But, it only works in cirtain people. That why she goes around hitting people with her moped, and why she was so interested in the bump on the kid's head after she hit him (That's also why she was doing strange experiments on his dad). She uses his brain to get things she needs, like for example, in that last episode she pulled an extra gitar out. But she dosn't know why robots are coming out. Also, shes related to the 'space police' equivelent, but I can't really tell if she is with or against them.
At least, that's the way I understand it so far. I wouldn't know for sure.

Well, when the real dad came back...well what happened was that it looked like the boy stumbled across the shrivelled up corpse of his father and then freaked out with the body clinging onto him and started running through the walls. The father came back in the scene where the boy was pouring water on him in the tub, i guess to rehydrate his body, or something... The girl (or the boy) identified that she was 20 or something. I think... This is one of the most freakiest and confusing and sometimes disgusting anime I've ever seen.... Even I'm having a hard time following... |

Okay, I think it Naoto (robot-head-boy) and Haruko (moped girl). What I think about her and these "police" people is that she's pretty against them, but isn't fully yet...or something to that effect. |
