((I have never used color coding, before and I'm not really sure I understand it.... I tend to write more like a story or novel than action, then dialogue.... If you really need me to color code, I can, but I will probably mess it up... )) Behind an ordinary house in the small town of Ryndra, a young, light-haired girl lay tossing on a bale of hay. The silence of night had lulled Alys into a restless sleep on the hay behind her family's house a few hours earlier. The day had been long and while sleep was welcomed heartily, something in the air didn't sit right. As if slapped, Alys jumped from her sleep, gasping. She coughed once and looked about. Nothing out of the ordinary--just the alley and the smell of hay crawling through her senses. Sighing, she lay back, clasping her hands behind her head and watching the stars hanging in the sky. After a moment or two of waiting, Alys rolled over and closed her eyes again. Sleep, however, would not be found. Somewhere in the night, Alys could hear a low rumbling, as if to herald the coming of a storm. She frowned and huddled closer to her home, hoping to catch the edge of the roof's grace against the rain. But, as the rumbling continued, she remembered the clear sky and her eyes blinked open. She rose slowly, creeping towards the edge of her house to see what could possibly be making the sound. Just as she rounded the corner, a boulder came from the sky, smashing through the edge of the roof of her house and bouncing through to the next. A hail of splinters and hay pelted her, as she was thrown back by the concussion of the rock. In the house, her family was stirring, her youngest siblings screaming in terror. Alys just watched from the ground, dumbfounded, as the chaos ensued. ((Okay intro? ))

Synara woke with a start, his hands were tied behind his back, and his ankles were tied together as well. He craned his neck looking for signs of his captor and was greeted with a strange sight. There was an enormous hole in two of the walls of the room he was in. Well, that's bizzarre he thought to himself.
He began a more detailed look at the room and couldn't believe his eyes when he saw fresh blood, just faint splatters inbetween the walls. What had happened here? ________________________________________________
The siege engines had stopped their pounding of the town for a short while. It seemed just long enough for them to be resupplied. Boulders once again came crashing into the town. Boulders also came crashing onto those involved in the battle. It became very apparent that goblin's lives meant nothing to the operators of those death dealing devices.
As Alys sat on the hay bale a barrage of boulders roared into the town. Several building collapsed instantly. Others began suddenly grew gaping holes.
Alys, still perched on the hay bale right outside her home, could see a gigantic boulder headed her way. As if in slow motion the boulder descended smashing through her house as if it was kindling. Wood fragments flew through the air, as did a variety of body parts. Limbs flew through the air dripping pools of blood. When the dust settled, the house could be heard groaning, and from within shouts of agony. Moments later, the house collapsed, and the shouting stopped. _______________________________________________ Drask lay quiet and still perfectly hidden in the shadow of a building. As the boulders flew into nearby buildings the cries for help from the wounded caught his attention.
"Well shit, what can I do?" He asked himself. He didn't know anything about medicine. . . but he had to do something. As he ran towards a building a building to his right collapsed sending debris flying. The sound of the house collapsing was unmistakable, as was the direction. Yet, the air was so full of dust that his using the owl's vision was useless. . . . __________________________________________ Large pieces of debris fall on, and around Drask. Knocking him out, and partially burying him in rubble.

Blinking quickly, Alys took in the carnage, watching the destruction begin to settle perfectly around her, as if she were protected by the very hand of God. She noticed for the first time that she hadn't been breathing and immediately gasped for air, her whole body starting to convulse slightly. Frantic and acting mostly on instinct, she scrambled towards her decimated house and began to claw through the rubble, tossing aside wood and stones and the occasional limb as she screamed, choking back sobs at first, then shrieking their fury into her cries. "Jaakob!" she called for her four-year-old brother, the only sibling she'd grown attached to in her life--in fact, the only person, at all. While the others were sometimes useful, he was loyal. He was the only one she could trust. And, she wouldn't accept his death. Not without a fight.

The remaining goblin and snotling that were attacking Jalathas attack almost at once. Short sword slashing out quicker than would be expected.
Jalathas tries to dodge the goblin's sword slash, but isn't quite quick enough.
The goblin's sword streaks out and collides with Jalathas' armor. It is deflected by his armor, but it slides down and nicks his arm causing a small almost imperceptible amount of blood to break through the skin. The snotling strikes Jalathas as he is in the process of dodging, the blow while not hard, hits him in the back just hard enough for him to know his armor is working.

The goblin's head just about explodes with the force of the impact. Bloody brains spray wildly through the air as the goblin drops to the ground dead.
The six remaining snotlings attack and the big half-orc manages to dodge two of their attacks. The remaining four however manage to nick his unprotected thigh, leaving a small trickle of blood behind.
Rynara climbs what is left of a building and looks about for ammunition, and a target.

Katt saw the huge army rolling into the town, decimating everything in its path. Houses, men, women, children, all fell like trees on front of her eyes
'This isnt right! but what can i do agaisnt an entire army...?'
A lady near Katt screams. Running with a child in her arms, she is being chased by goblins.
'Even if its only saving a couple lives, ill do what i can! Make peace with your gods, you filthy creatures!'
Katt swings her club at one of the gonlins, full force

Tears streaming down her face, Alys continued to wade through the rubble that had been her house. Wood and rocks and bits of hay were piled around her, her fingers bloody from tearing on the wreckage she sought through. She'd found the floor in one of the corners and a few bodies, but no one alive. And, to her hope and dismay, no sign of her favorite brother.
"Jaakob," she sobbed, "Please, Jaakob...."
She'd all but given up when she heard a faint rustling from the far side of the plot, and a whimper of pain.

KattYou swing putting all your strenght into the blow and watch as the goblin flies, flies through a building. The walls have taken so much damage already that the building begins to collapse.
Gratz still faced with six snotlings continues his martial arts whoop ass. With a singe blow he punches though an unfortunate snotlings chest and brings the heart up to his mouth. "Breakfast!"
The recon screen has suffered a minor pummeling, but more troops are on the way in to see that the town is completely destroyed.

Jalathas attacks the snotling with an uppercut from his katana, followed by a stab with the tanto.

The snotling doesn't stand a chance against either attack and very quickly is impaled, spilling his last drops of blood onto the blood soaked ground. As the snotling breathes his last, a hush fills the battlefield. Through the silence of orcs, goblins, and man, a faint noise can be heard, it is drawing closer. The vast army sees what this means first and from a battle that they had no chance of losing, they turn, drop weapons and armor, and FLEE. The few remaining townspeople turn and are aghast, flying overhead less than 100 yards away is a massive GREEN DRAGON. The dragon is flanked on both sides by a small squadron of drakes. . . .

*Looking up into the sky in awe and fear, Jalathas finds himself locked in place by the horror of dragonfear. Summoning all the resolve in his suddenly weak and frail-seeming human body, he attempts to break the hold of the terror.*
((Not sure if dragons have dragonfear in this world, but if they don't, thay should. Dragonfear is a mind-affecting aura that causes paralyzing fear and horror to fill anyonr who looks upon the dragon.))

((Yes they do, and you'll be a.o.k ;D))
The dragon and his cohorts immedietly beset the army. The stench of acid burning through goblin flesh permeates the air. The drakes beset the town, tormenting any goblins and snotlings within its borders. They pay little atention to the buildings, in fact, some fly directly through them. . . causing enen more of them to fall. As the sun rises the town has become nothing more than rubble. All of the inhabitants are dead, dying, or incapacitated. The goblin army has been totally routed and their carcasses spread out before the town. There is not a sign of the dragon.
((All of you charecters have been knocked out by flying debris due to the drakes smashing through buildings, and the buildings collapsing. Reenter the tale in the manner of your choosing))
