Now thats its been amended, I vote yes. But now that you people have three people and you didn't like my roleplaying, I suppose I can drop out of it now.

Rightio. New thread is posted with the same starter. I must ask that your main characters have some relevance to what is said this time (And my surname starts with 'Du', so copyKatt's turn is before mine - though I hate this surname rule anyway. Someone propose something better, maybe? )

My character was supposed to be part of the group who wanted to join, but he was suddenly attacked by viruses and incendiary bombs before he could introduce himself... Anyways, proposal time: 310. Rule 201 shall be amended to read as follows: Players take their turns in alphabetical order according to username. 311. Rules 204, 206, 208, and 210 are repealed.

I vote yes for both of these - though let us not have 310 take effect until after this round is done.

Ok, I hope it's ok for me to join. I'm from the board that Aik received little interest from but I want to give this Nomic idea a shot. I did read the rules a couple of days ago, but only a few little things have actually remained in the brain, so you may have to bear with/execute me (whichever you see fit ). Right then! I better go post in the IC thread.

Rules have changed since then. Read them again.

Coral - please make it a pretty hole-ish kind of country (if that wasn't your intention) - otherwise it will be hurting the setting again. It is kinda infringing on rule 303 ... but meh, it sounds pretty good idea if it doesn't infringe on the happier parts of the setting... *shrugs*

It doesen't really infringe on anything, since the country my character lives in (which also happens to be my country of origin) is only the tiniest bit better than that, and it's getting worse. So I'm being nice by making it only that bad, and not a full scale war.

okay.. whoa.. i should have just stayed on the boat when it first left shore instead of trying to wade through 4 pages of change this amend that, lol Ditto. I have no idea whats going on here, but as long as you dont burn the board down, its okay with me.

Coral: Er, yeah, but what you don't seem to be getting is that this is supposed to be a stylised future where everything is basically going well in the world. Things that suck presently can be ignored or explained away to get this happening. Even if you consider the world a complete dystopia at the moment doesn't mean that we can't make it all well and good in our cyperprep setting. Tassatul: Pfft, we're doing our best to stop the random incendiary bombings with crop up... (And is anyone else going to vote on Jalathas's proposals?)

Hey, I'm back. My surname, though that rule is about to be null, begins with T. I vote yes to both of Jalathas' proposals, assuming that it's my turn to vote. And now I'll go brave my way through the new IC thread and read all the rules and make a coherent post.
