Yeah...and you should probably also mention if it's supposed to be a serious or comical game.

I've told you the elevator pitch before. Here, I'll say it again:
"Our game is an Action/Adventure/RPG with elements mixed from Pokemon, Battle Bots and Final Fantasy. You follow the story of a young prodigy named Kade and his robot Cy as they chase their dream to compete in the 'Robotic Battle League', the planet's most popular sport. It's all about robots battling robots and hunting through scrapyards for better and more powerful parts. The game will feature Personalized robot customization, free-roam, turn-based combat (ala FF Tactics), and a series of checks and balances for weapons and items.
Our heroes will travel to frenzied stadiums, brave ruined wastelands and challenge an illegal underground all while trying to make names for themselves. But then, they discover that a large faction has devised an evil plot of global domination by exploiting the planet's ancient secrets and only Kade and Cy can stop them. So, they not only have to climb the ladder of the Robotic Battle League, but they must also save the entire planet before it's too late.
The name of this epic adventure is 'Salvage'"
We're kinda going for a more serious-ish tone with our game. Like, things are grungy and Kade comes from a not so rich area that's filled with quite a bit of illegal black marketing and crime, etc. He also lives right next to a junk yard (which is where he gets a lot of the parts for his robot). But we also want to put in a little bit of light-hearted humor as well. Like, while we're at it, we want to make fun of a few old game cliches like how the first scene in games the main character always seems to wake up late for something important. So Kade's late in waking up, so his Grandfather leaves a recording on his robot to yell at him, saying something like, "Why are you always waking up late? Just like in those annoying games you keep playing!", also, Kade never likes it when his Grandfather messes with his robot's voice recorder. And just like in tradition, we're making the first fightable enemy you encounter a rat, well a junk yard creature that can easily be mistaken for a rat from our world. Then Kade will be all like, "man, do i really have to fight this rat? Why can't i just walk around it?" and then have it jump on his face and bite him, hehe.
I've stated this before somewhere, but we're also intentionally staying away from those annoying coming-of-age emo characters that you often find in several crappy anime's. Also, no skimpy outfits on females. We at Twisted Gear Studios feel that good characters don't have to be all overly angsty or scantily clad to be good characters.

I feel that it's perfectly fine for guys to be missing shirts though because it's about damn time we girls get something nice to look at in games. I'm excited for trying it though. Keep posting up more stuff from it as it gets done. Pictures and all that. Even just concept art (if you guys make any).

Turn based customizable robots... I wish one of you could read Japanese... I'd send a copy of Super Robot Taisen W to you... Anyway, I am very excited, as stated. And now that I read what youm posted, I do remember reading it before.

Oh, it's way cooler looking now. Way grungier. I like the grunge affect a lot. And plus the texture on the metal is a great addition.

Is that a stupid cat-ear hat on the girl or a folded over handkerchief? I can't really tell.

Yeah I have those all the time I think I still have one of the doodle sheets me and cass made a long long time ago... That's kinda actually sorta how me and Sarah started really hanging out. Me her and Jon would sit around and doodle on shared paper every morning.

Well, we were hanging out before that. That was only during the HSPA testing. We didn't have to take it because we were seniors so we got to sit in study hall all morning. Question is, is he throwing the cookie at something or protecting it from people trying to take it?
